Bali and Sol by Melia you done us proud. We’ve just returned after a fantastic 2 week holiday. Such friendly and helpful staff but I have to mention a few that enhanced our holiday. Cok de was fantastic in the pool bar as was Gede Agung,Bagus and Bayu .Mendarin was so much fun as were many of the trainees. In the juice bar Okta was so friendly. Natalia was fantastic in the bar,we also had a lot of help from the reception staff. The only slight negative was how the hotel didn’t really sell itself by highlighting all the amenities that were available,which I was told was available, but I’m sure many people missed out as we found talking to people many things they were unaware of. If we ever come to Bali again we would certainly stay here. Food 24 hours,some sort of entertainment most nights,many nights buffet outside. Just to add lovely walks along the beach (‘excellent paths for running cycling or just walking) and a few shops just outside the hotel to the front with plenty to see along the road,bars,restaurants etc. There are plenty of trips available or you could just hire a driver for the day at very reasonable prices.
