We were welcomed on arrival, and the staff were super friendly, they organised tickets, even took us to local garage for repairs. Breakfast was small but good.

It was close to the center but the area is quiet. The staff are accommodating.

Kieu Ann the owner was extremely welcoming. She coordinated tickets to Fancipan and us to all our needs. Beautifully cooked breakfast with fresh fruit. Great family atmosphere. Troubleshooting our language barrier and our late shuttle…. As a Canadian traveller this was our best stay thus far in Vietnam!!!!!  BTW… Close to everything and highly recommended.Also eat at Huong Rung at the foot of the street!!! It’s awesome…

Sweet little independent hotel in the heart of Sapa. Owner is very friendly and goes out of her way to assist - she walked down the hill to meet us at our taxi and helped carry our bags up on arrival. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with hmong linens. Owner can help book guides for hikes and trekking to minority villages with local hmong female guides. Very reasonable prices for a quiet, clean hotel not overloaded with tour buses of tourists. Breakfast is included and cooked fresh for you each morning.

Excellent hotel, Kieu Anh is so kindThe rooms are nice  and it's in a great location for trekking, about 5 minutes walk to the town.It is in a house rather than a big tower , so be aware there is no lift (stairs up to 3rd floor) but Sapa Dragon is an excellent base to explore Sapa!

Ms Kieu Anh is a welcoming host. On arrival, you immediately feel as though you are part of an extended family. The rooms are welcoming, neat, and tidy. The beds are super comfortable, and the pillows are amazing. As a result of being so comfortable, we missed breakfast each morning as we overslept 😴 😅. The food did smell amazing. The view from the balcony is not one to be missed. Ms. Kieu Anh has a wealth of local knowledge. She helped us arrange a bike to get around. Nothing is an issue for her, and she is more than willing to help. What I loved about this place is the feeling of being at home when you are not, a quick walk to the main area of of town and yet quiet enough of a night to enjoy a peaceful night sleep. The shower is damn good, too! I have no hesitation in recommending this comfortable accommodation and know that if I ever return to Sapa without a doubt, I will be coming back to Sapa Dragon Hotel 🌟🌟.

The best service I ever had.  The host Kieu Anh and her husband super friendly.   They treated us like family.   I went with my 2 little kids, was concerning safety and how to get around in Sapa.   Stayed here made me worry free and she plan out all the activities for me.   Felt very comfortable.  Highly recommended!

Found the food and the people absolutley briliant. I left money in the safe and theowner arranged for this to be wired across to my new hotel. Absolutley brilliant.

GREAT STAY!!!! GREAT FAMILY!!!! GREAT LOCATION!

I had a bog room with a balcony. Breakfast gave me two nice options. The staff was nice and helpful and went out of their way whenever i had a question or needed help. Its a ten minute walk from the center of town and the train and cable car ride to Fansipan Mountain. And walkable to Cat cat village... if you're in decent shape.Had a great time and would recommend to any traveler. Its close enough to get most anywhere but away enough for peace and quiet in the evening.

Got into sapa at 5am without a hotel. I booked this thru the hotels app and called the hotel to see if i can do an early check in. The owner was so gracious and she opened the front for us. Later in the morning she made my friend and i breakfast. Her little 5yr old daughter was also showing us to our table, so funny. You can tell that this is family owned and operated. 10/10 would highly recommend. Maded you feel like home

Great family run hotel.

We were welcomed by Kieu Anh Chu, as if we were family. Even at the low rate we had booked, she and her family took care of all our needs and questions during our stay. 
As an older traveling couple, we had concerns about the lack of an elevator inside this facility; however, we were offered a choice of rooms even during a very busy weekend. We took a lower floor but she and her daughters took our bags from us and moved them rapidly up to the 2nd floor of rooms. She even told us they would move us to a front room, which gave us a balcony overlooking the city and the valley, for the last half of our stay once the weekenders had checked out. They even moved our bags across the floor to the other room while we were out visiting the town.
She was very helpful and informative in answering our many questions and booking tours on how to best experience Sapa, Fan Si Phan, and Cat Cat Village.
We would stay here again should we return. As we left, we even exchanged information and became Friends on Facebook.

A great stay in this hotel. The staff friendly and professional. The room was large and spotless wifi was fast and they had a laptop in the room for you. We also had dinner in the restaurant . the duck and spring rolls were made fresh and we're delicious . I would definitely stay in this hotel again. Breakfast was sufficient though the brewed coffee was the only thing that let this establishment down.

Absolutely lovely family-run hotel right in center of SaPa but in a quiet street with small businesses. Incredibly kind staff helped us when we got in exhausted late at night. Every morning the staff walked over to a next-door spot to pick up large and delicious bowls of beef pho for breakfast. Within a 2 minute walk from all attractions and restaurants. Really ideal location.Note: balcony great but with almost constant fog it was less important than one might think!

The proprietors were very pleasant and helpful. We had nice breakfasts. Property was clean. Our room was spacious with a balcony. Price point was very good. Close to shopping and dining but quiet. Minor inconveniences were; safe and refrigerator did not work in our room. Hair dryer did not have a heat setting and hot water was not always available in the shower.These may be a deal breaker for some but we enjoyed our stay.
