The hotel is first class and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful 

The restaurant has a fabulous menu and the food is excellent 

The views from the rooms are stunning

Pool area  has a swim up bar and a glass viewing platform 

Breakfast facilities is one of the best I have had 

 I do judge a. Hotel by the breakfast and I can say this one is great

One of the Best hotels in Nha Trang

I've been staying in this hotel since 9.12.19, and I've been in this hell for 7 days. And since the hotel is not big, I've read a lot of positive reviews, as it's good here, there are no Chinese at all, breakfast is plenty, the location is good, service is excellent. And now it's the purest truth. There are plenty of Chinese in hotels, and they're sitting in the next room with each other, and they're not long thinking they're opening doors and guns like a victim (talking) with each other. And since the hotel isn't big, we're hearing their whistles too.

It's just scary, don't believe the reviews, 80% is just a lie.

Everyone, good day! We're in this hotel right now! I don't know why it's so praised in the reviews, there's nothing special about it. It's been paid 67p for two for 11 nights. I'm not really into the hotel, I'm just presenting the facts. I'm an experienced tourist, I've only been to Tai 12 times... So facts and facts again!! One big plus is its location!!! Everything else is either so to myself or not at all!)) The hotel isn't big (it doesn't have its own territory) The rooms are small (I don't know how they're seated in threes) We had a grand delicacy with balconies.

I've been to the GREEN 3, EDELE 3, GOLDEN SAND hotel 3 times before, and I've been to the GREEN 3, EDELE 3, GOLDEN SAND 3 before, and it's very disappointing. I'll be honest, the reviews are very overrated. Starting with the minuses, we're in a one-person room with a window to the building.

A hotel for the most unpretentious.

The pros: the sea in 5 minutes, not so noisy, because it's in the alley, the building sounds good, but not so loud... the disadvantages: breakfast is full of shit, you can't walk, the electricity was always cut off, all 11 days, we lived on the 8th floor, the elevator didn't work, because there was no light and we had to walk on a screw ladder with a child and a wheelchair, the towel for the beach is just a gesture, I'll add a photo...

It's been better.

The hotel is on 2 lines, in the alley. Quiet, 5 minutes to the ocean. You have almost all the furniture in your house from DSP without any problems. The room is spacious enough for two. Half the rosette was broken, after the request at the reception the repairman arrived after 10 minutes and everything was fixed. I suspect that before no one just reported the malfunctions... the furniture is slightly lost, but from DEREOVA! You have almost all the furniture in your house straight from DSP. You cleaned every day (washed the floor, changed the towels and fixed the toiletries requirements).

The honest 3+.

I've been to Vietnam for the third time and back to the Golden Sand. I have a lot of travel experience. I've traveled through most of Europe, always taking a tourist, killing my legs. Eventually they asked for a rest and treatment at sea. The hotel itself was looking for 3 weeks hanging on the internet- map, photo, feedback. My companions liked my choice very much. One of them after a year in the Golden Rhine vacation, said that it was worse.

I'm going to this hotel for the third time.

It's an excellent hotel, everyone liked it. The breakfast is good, it's quite diverse, you're not going to go hungry. The cleaning is done every day, the towels are cleaned every day, the laundry is changed twice in 10 days, the towels are clean, the bedding is clean, they give 2 bottles of water every day, 330 ml, the refrigerator in the room is clean without ice and smell. The room has a free safe, a pair of slippers, a good closet for clothes and clothes. The bed is big and comfortable. The furniture is not new but in good condition and clean. The shower and plumbing are clean without any fault, they give every day up to 2 shower lines with one toothbrush and a small toothbrush, we can only see a small and a small lamp and a small gasket in the room, but the restroom is not very clean, so you can't talk about it.

We've been staying here for the second year, and the main advantages of the hotel are the location and the absence of Chinese, good breakfast, responsive staff, etc. We came to the hotel for the second time, and we were given a room without any expectations, early in the morning.

Staff very unfriendly and uncaring, we didn't feel comfortable here. The hotel was rather old compared to other hotels of this class and our room smelled unpleasant. From the bed you can look directly through a window to the toilet, very unpleasant. Overall ok but I think you can find better in Nha Trang
