30 reviewsWe loved our stay at The Sea Dragon. The owner, Ba, and his wife were super lovely and very helpful. The room had an ocean view. The beds were hard, but we found them really comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was incuded in the price, it was simple, and came with fresh fruit each day plus delicious Vietnamese coffee! Yum. We hired bikes through them at the same cost as anywhere else on the island, which was very convenient. We also booked a tour of ha long Bay through them, (which was good fun!) and after shopping around the island, found them to have the cheapest bus transfer prices back to Hanoi - so we booked that through them too. Its nice to know they are there to help, rather than to swindle you for extra $$$. Right across the road from the hotel is Yummy Restaurant. Which was some of the best Vietnamese food we ate in Cat Ba! Overall, a fantastic stay. Would totally stay with them again (just to see Ba's lovely welcoming smile!)
