The family who run this hotel are wonderful. THUY YERSIN in particular. We were both sick when staying here and didn’t venture out much due to illness. 😢 The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a busy road, but the traffic noise didn’t really bother us. We checked out early and in our half sick state, my partner’s phone got left behind. After much conversation with Thuy Yersin on WhatsApp she and her nephew arranged for the phone to be delivered to our hotel in Hanoi. They had a few hurdles to jump through in regards to this. Their prompt action and genuine concern for our predicament rates them highly as people who put our best interests first. You couldn’t want better. Five stars to them, I want to return to see them again, and to do all the things we couldn’t do in Dalat.
