There's a few mixed reviews about this place. It's a cheap budget, no frill hotel. It's simply a case of you get what you pay for, the rooms are acceptable, there's a bit of work going on here and there in the hotel, but all rooms have wifi, AC, hot water, satellite TV, and clean towels and bedding, the staff aren't the most welcoming people, but you see them only when you check in and out. I didn't mind it at all, just be aware the massage place across the road, are a happy ending massage.

Good cheap basic hotel right in the heart of the city.

I went there with my friend few days ago. We book a twin room. When we get there, they offered a room with broken door bathroom and no light in bathroom, so we needed to ask for another room better. Fortunately, the new room is fine with fully-equiped such as:
- a bathroom (with hot water), well the shower may go crazy sometimes
- a TV, there are some English channel on it (HBO, Discovery, CNN)
- a small fridge
- an A/C 
- 2 single beds (if you need blanket, you need to ask them) otherwise there only a sheet on the top.
- a small wardrobe 
- a table with 2 chairs
It is located in a small lane with many stores outside, so you may feel it's a bit crowed when going out. However it is quite quiet at night time. It's very close to the boat station, just 15 minutes to get there. And very close to the heart of Can Tho, so easily to go around. There is also a night market on the main street close to hotel, like 5 mins to go there.

There is a boy who is very friendly at night time, at daytime, the old lady seems to be a bit serious, I hadn't seen her smiles while I was there.

So If you look for a place to sleep, cheap, easy to go around, then it can be an option. The price for a twin room/double room is 12USD

Since most places were already full we ended up there...location is ok, in a small quiet alley but still within easy walking distance of the waterfront...unfriendly woman at the reception...room rate was 300.000 VND for a double, 250.000 VND for a single, overpriced as we had much better value elsewhere in vietnam,  it felt more like a 200.000 VND hotel...however the room and bedding was clean, the shower hot, the aircon cool, the internet fast...so all was well after all!

Ok for 1 night

Stayed here for one night. Our room was on the top floor were we had to search for the light first because it was pitch black. Rooms are empty, no decoration on the walls, just basic white with little furniture. Beds are hard en uncomfortable. 
Staff speaks no English and I have not seen them smile once we were there. I did not feel welcomed or comfortable in this hotel. 

No thanks! 

This very basic guesthouse is in an alley that houses a hardware market. The reception staff are civil but also quick to tout boat tours, bus tours, and anything else they can sell. Room was standard and clean; bathroom design was poor. We moved on after one night.
