It was a great stay. Nice and big room. Only complaint is you can’t control the heat, and the blankets aren’t heavy enough so I froze when I slept. Definitely should have worn  a sweat shirt and sweat pants to sleep.

Rooms are renovated, was cleaned outside but bathroom where dirty,kitchen sink was dirty,nice location block away from beach. Housekeeping Staff very friendly.
Noise from busy road. Price wise very cheaper to other motel...there are three beds really comfortable for 5 people... front desk clerk very cool...

I went on long Labor Day long weekend and this was my excellent trip to VA beach.
All the hotels were almost full, and I got excellent place to stay. Front desk guy is very polite and professional, greeted me very well and provided excellent service. He gave me best rate for the day
Board walk is next to the hotel, parking was nice and safe, room was neat and clean.

Parking was easy, staff was friendly, check-in was efficient, room was surprisingly huge and had three beds, shower had plenty of hot water, AC worked great, and the beds were comfortable. Yes, I had to fidget with the cable box and remote to get them to work and, yes, there was some mis-matched paint on the walls. If those are huge concerns for you, then paying a hundred dollars more per night might be worth it. I have also stayed in some of the oceanfront hotels, but this place made me just as happy for a better price. I will be staying here again!

Went for 1 day with my boyfriend. Really don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. It was a convinient location. Very short walk to the beach. The hotel had 3 beds in total, although when we first reserved it say it was 2 double beds and sofabed (which we weren't going to use both) but it was the only one available so we went for it. It was more than we asked for so I really can't complain.

Wow!!! I could not believe how close this room was to the beach. It was less than a block away!!! When I drove up to park my car in the driveway, I would have never thought that the room would be so spacious. We had a king-size bed and a full size bed in the room, a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We had enough room for two couples and their children. The shower water level was superb!! However, I did not see a coffee/tea maker neither was there free breakfast as advertised by hotels.comI will choose Belmont Inn and Suites again!!!

The belmont was awesome. I love the way the room is set up. Everyone had plenty of room. It was really home away from home. Cant hear any noise from outside. Shower stayed hot after 10 showers a day washing dishes ect. Room stayed cold and lots of cable channels.

Excellent hotel choice

Good location..renovated rooms.

Let me begin by saying that the best things about this motel are it's location, price, and separate bedroom. Kitchenette is also a plus. There was one HD tv in the main room and an old RGB tube in the bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and updated. The rest of the room was not in great shape but it was everything we needed. I would stay here again.

Virginia getaway!! My birthday celebration!!

For what I paid I was surprised to have so much space. The kitchenette and extra bedroom were nice. The guest service agent behind the desk was polite and efficient.The bathroom and bedding were very clean and it was only a short walk to the busier parts of the boardwalk. My only concern was that the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while so wear socks/shoes.

Pleasant surprise

Spacious. Easily sleeps 5 people. Has full kitchen but no pots, pans, silverware, etc. Half a block from the strip. 2 blocks from the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms are old. Old furniture, old smell. Beds are clean and comfortable. You are going to be out all day anyway. If I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely stay there again.

15 min drive from Military base

One night stay near the beach, 4 mins drive from pirate parasail, and 2 blocks away from boardwalk. Beds were comfortable and location was ideal. The room did smell a little off, but there are fans in the room to air out the smell.
