Just a note to everyone, there used to be limited rooms available for rent nightly/weekly. The terrible company based in Florida that ran this was affiliated with the people that stole millions of dollars from the development. After years of litigation, those people were kicked off the property. DESPITE their terrible affect on the community, the HOA was able to redo the grounds and make many improvements. The court order allowed them to leave without paying most monthly assessments on the units they owned and leased, so they have left a bad ongoing situation that responsible owners gave been forced to deal with. Please note: This property is NOT A HOTEL. Daily or weekly stays are not allowed. Select units are available for 'just a month' without a lease and may be furnished by private owners. The place is in great shape now for locals and long term visitors with full security. Great place to live close to the strip.
