I called and was taken care of rather quickly. Clerks/managers are and were very Nice. Room is very Satisfactory and walking in the room is extremely peaceful. Alot of different places to eat and very comfortable. Premises are quiet and Peaceful. Just right for a person passing thru or needing a place to stay and save money for there next Journey!

Terrible, they gets attitude for no reason , my floor was dirty first day moving in , bed was broken , Fridge was dirty , No shower head , Holes in the room an walls , Bugs , Spider webs , Smoke holes in the covers , Sheets was not clean , Thet charge 5$ to wash clothes when it’s regular machine, they are Finnessing people out of money for everything you ask for , broom 2$ , Clothes soap 2$ , card 5$ , Like my god the hotel is cheap asf an they charge for everything!! ABSOLUTELY NOT EVEN A LAST OPTION ITS TERRIBLE, CRACK HEADS AS MAINTENANCE, They are actually living in the hotel
To make money of us lol it’s wierd never again !! They take money for everything! rude front desk , Roaches an everything.

Garbage

Nasty nasty No. Sketchy dirty. Rusted. Everything broke no amenities. No towels. no tp had to ask. People hanging out in parking lot people honking horn outside at 11:00 pm. View of freeway. Planes flying low overhead to land. Just a nasty place dirty.walls had rusty yellow walls bathroom when you showered. Unsafe should be reported to BBB and health dept. Unsafe bad area. Old no pool. Gross.

This motel should be Condemned!!   Drug dealers, people in rooms that are let to paying guests, rooms, carpet ,walls ,beds and shower filthy. Air conditioner is blocked by a bed pushed right up against it .. Loud mouth arguing and carrying on outside my door.. pitiful customer service, the desk clerk cussing out a guest for asking for clean towels and linnin..After seeing the condition of room, asked for my money back, and got cussed out.
 "No Fu##ing Refunds, Can't you read"?   
I will be contacting the health dept. and every other agency I can think of to get this place shut down.

Burn it down

I went here and got a room to get a good nights rest. When I got to the first room it had no curtains, and holes in the blinds. I asked for a second room, and it was worse than the first. The third room hadn’t been cleaned, and had no toilet paper or anything. I asked for a good room and the clerk told me there wasn’t anything wrong with any of their rooms. The last room had roaches everywhere. I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one or let me speak with management.

The clerk was very rude, he was refusing to refund a gentleman's deposit, very arrogant northern fellow, and the biggest let down is there isn't any WI-FI.  I'm glad I didn't get the opportunity to see the room.  It does smell strange and the energy is negative there.  Spend the extra money and go out West Mobile.

A relaxing rest-not!

I booked this place on booking.com for $28.50. When i arrived at the hotel, the gentleman behind the glass, checking guests in was moving very slow. I waited patiently, finally it was my turn...They required $25 cash deposit and he wanted my license plate number, 2 things i didn't have at the moment. I was starving so I decided to go get some cash and grab dinner. I returned at 8pm only to find a sign on the door saying they would return at 9pm. A full hour break. The gentleman was sitting in the office, so i went to the side window and asked if it was possible to check in, i had been on the road all day. he snapped that he was on break... I waited patiently until 8:30pm when i tried to call the hotel, booking.com to cancel... no one answered. As I was walking out to my car, i ran into the gentleman and asked if he could cancel my reservation, he asked why i would want to do that as i already had a room, i shared with him that I had been on the road all day and a room I couldn't check in to wasn't very useful. It's like he knew that i couldn't cancel it and was on some power trip. He finally decided to end his break and allow me to check in, he didn't need my license plate now, he just gave me a piece of paper to stick on my dash. Once i finally got to the room, it was OK, a little dated, worn but clean. I would imagine they could get more for their rooms if their service was better as at least 3 people stopped and left while i was waiting, one poor man was waiting the entire time for toilet paper for his room. I left early and got my $25 cash deposit back... It's just a bad experience, one i wouldn't wish on any traveler.

This is the worst hotel ever bad customer service they will take your money and they also have very rude front desk workers this hotel really has run down from what it used to be you can't even get towels anymore

Terrible service

Plan and simple... If you're looking for somewhere to lay your head for the night, then you can't beat the price. It may not be the greatest, fanciest hotel in the world but it does the deed. It has working A/C, running (hot & cold) water, a bed to sleep in, and cable T.V which technically is really all you need. (You don't go out of town to stay all day in a hotel, right?) The surrounding neighborhood is "the hood", but it is right here in downtown Mobile; if you're celebrating Mardi Gras like I am then you don't have far to go and you save on gas. I'd stay here again.

You get what you paid for..

Ecelent service We will stay again .
The room was clean and fresh towels and napkins.
Very convinient lacation near to shopping and highway connections.
Excellent service and friendly staff.
