This hotel is average but the staff are exceptional. I have never had this level of attention to requests at any hotel (and I’ve stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels). Not only were the staff attentive but they were genuine and kind. This wasn’t isolated to a few individuals but to multiple shifts and staff disciplines. I interacted with front line staff, managers and maintenance. All were very professional, kind, and seemed genuinely interested in our needs.
