Stayed in the Premier Inn with my University field trip group. We had a wonderful stay with very comfy rooms (amazing shower pressure) and super helpful staff - shoutout to Tom for the Rock candy! Amazing buffet breakfast every morning - full english + cereal and pastries.

Great stay. Steve and Tony were very kind and delivered an amazing service! We were greeted very kindly and offered advice to help navigate the area. They made this a much better stay and very very attentive to our needs despite how many times we needed help!

I received a very friendly and helpful welcome to this premier inn. In particular a member of staff called Ben who helped me check in and carried my luggage to my room.
The room was very clean and tidy and I was very comfortable.
I shall be definitely coming back to stay here again when I visit Weymouth.

Having arrived at the hotel without being able to make a booking prior to my stay. i was greeted at the reception by Megan. 

While being professional, she was very helpful, and friendly throughout my stay . 

She is definitely a credit to the company.

Ben was really helpful, after I arrived I realised I had left my card at home and was unable to make payment. Ben was super smart very patient and managed to take the card payment based of my booking  this saved my lads might out for me it’s a great result and defo 5 out of 5

Great place to stay! Staff are super friendly and very helpful! Daniella & leah behind the desk have been outstanding very helpful! Rooms were clean and tidy beds are comfy overall great place and great staff. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Weymouth 

The staff were phenomenal. Daniella in particular went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect, even providing my mother with a little gift and card (for her birthday) from the team! Ben even called to let us know our room was ready. Everyone behind the desk provided so much information about what to see and do in Weymouth, all so friendly, polite and eager to help! Absolutely fantastic! Thank you

Had a great time here. The maintenance guy was very helpful with sorting out bits in the room and done the jobs very quickly. Area is amazing with great view of the sea and great walk into the town centre 

My welcoming could not have been any better! Absolutely amazing service, very friendly, extremely helpful and just a great place to stay.. the staff deserve a pay rise!!! Especially for Ben, he went above and beyond to make my stay 'special'... with a little help from Darren! All the staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant... had an amazing time. Me and my partner and two kids(9,7)stayed at the prem inn in aug 2022 for 2 nights,very comfortable rooms and spacious,the staff were very friendly and helpful,lovely location,excellent stay,and would definately stay here again

Best place to stay in Weymouth. Right across the road from the seafront, loads of parking, just far away enough from the centre to be quieter and easy to come and go in the car and walking. Pleasant helpful staff and after a great hot shower a comfy bed to rest after getting the bus to Lulworth Cove and walking back to the hotel.  We’ll be back!

Great time

Very warm welcome from the reception team and evening staff after we had an issue with the vending machine. Hotel going through a refurb which is needed as some areas quite tired. Was advised of the work before visit so aware if this on arrival. This did not interfere with the stay. Good breakfast and all items available. Quite expensive but good location as 5 min walk to the beach.
