Wonderful service from the staff, going over and above our expectations.
Comfortable, clean rooms and fab food available in the adjacent pub, great value for money, fab kids' menu and also lovely service. 10/10 on both hotel and food.

Best customer service i have experienced. Reception lady was so polite and helpful. Room was very tidy, and decorated nicely and everything in hotel was to greatest standarts. 

I would recommend this hotel for any occasion, business or family stay.

Stayed there for a week. Let me tell you about this place. It’s situated in a very quiet place with stunning view and lots of attractions around. First the check in was fast and staff were very friendly. Clean rooms. Good night sleep. Lovely food next door. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here on a number of occasions and found it to be clean ,friendly and value for money.The staff are excellent and the adjacent restaurant and petrol station are good .
It is not new but that does not concern me .
Obviously well used by travelling trades people who care about value for money

Quiet night in good location.  Comfortable bed and nice sheets. 
 Great shower and nice to have soap. 
Big white absorbant towels.
Fantastic breakfast, so much choice. Hot coffee, very good cooked breakfast and very nice pastries. 
 Staff helpful. 

Good location; leafy grounds but near road and amenities, including a petrol (and electric) station. Not a huge car park and spaces were quite small. Consistently good rooms as one would expect. Great breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. Good price (I booked months in advance). 

Andrea on reception could not have been more helpful and kind. The room was set up as two twins, but despite being very busy with a fully booked hotel, Andrea changed the bed to a double while I was out. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

I stayed for 1 night, the room was well presented and comfortable. The most memorable part of the stay were the staff who were very approachable and extremely helpful.  I booked to wrong type of room but the staff were able to change this which made a very real difference to me.  Thank you.

On entering the front reception jaz was so welcoming very warm and friendly nothing was to much trouble very well run hotel all the staff had the same attitude plenty of tea coffee milk to help yourself if you run out in your room in the front reception. room was lovely very quiet no problem parking restaurant was attached to hotel so you didn't even have to go out in the cold to enter it I noticed they was installing electric charging points petrol station next-door well though out fantastic stay would highly recommend 

Service is friendly and helpful. Bed is so comfortable, with  a good nights sleep and room has everything I require. This hotel is the one I go to as it offers everything I need, with amazing staff. Perfect.

Exceptional experience at this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was greeted by elegance and comfort. The room was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, with luxurious amenities that made me feel pampered throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a truly five-star experience that exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return!

If your thinking of stay at the premier inn at Wateringbury then yiu may like to know the beds are fantastic, large,comfy and clean.  Room was really nice howete bathroom very small.  Staff were amazing , couldnt do enough for you.  The food next door was good honest food.  Served really hot a service was quick.  Steak pie was the best.  All in all very enjoyable stay.

Room clean and comfortable 
Staff friendly and Helpful there it ends it’s a bit dated and can do with a make over. The hotel is attached to the Wateringbury restaurant /pub…this is owned by Greenking and NOT I REPEAT NOT PART OF THE PREMIER INN and the manager of Greenking  was quick to point this out.when 
I went for a pint of bitter £5.15 and the pint was not good however the manager replaced it with not too much fuss but made a point of saying others drunk it yesterday and no one complained. I was going to stay and have dinner but felt the pricing was on top of the £91 for the night premier inn a bit much. But thought I would have breakfast after a lay in I went to breakfast and premier inn staff said you better be quick as breakfast apparently ends at 9am there are no notes in the rooms to remind you or even state this, effectively you should be there at 08.30am latest If busy, I arrived at 8.58am and told closed . and the manager pointed towards the premier inn and Said they Should have told you the times actually no one did until I came down . I found the Greenking manager to be a bit anti Premier inn and would prefer the foot trade rather than premier inn visitors. 
I would use premier inn here, in an emergency but other wise NO because of this and I’ve been all around the country and use them every week my rating is based on the hotel not Greeneking

The visit

One of the old type inn to stay. Quiet at night. Beds comfortable and the rooms basic but cleaned to a high standard.  The staff have many years served and a credit to the hotel,  the restaurant next door does very good trade and run very well on both sides. The free WiFi is a disgrace as there is a 5g mast (3) not a 100 ft away. The Hotel needs a upgrade but where would people stay as there is nothing else around.

A quiet night

We had our 3 Grandchildren with us and were unable to get them Home or to our Home due to the Snow. I decided our best option would be a Hotel for the night. We arrived around 8:30pm [after driving for 3hrs] and I spoke to Charmaine who organised a room for us 'Triple' - she went up to check the room was ready collected extra bedding for the Pull Out Bed. She was absolutely fantastic. Professional, Helpful & Courteous. Can't thank her enough for all her help. Just the type of person you need on reception she was fantastic!
