Excellent accommodation: clean and well appointed. Delicious breakfasts and excellent hosting. The farm is set in stunning countryside close to Honiton and Cullompton. My husband had a successful morning fishing on the ponds whilst I was able to do some photography and resting.
We will return.

Beautiful guest house with endless views of the countryside. Helen is the perfect host and it's a privilege to stay in her lovely home. My Eggs Benedict would have graced the table at The Savoy and was absolutely delicious. I've stayed at many guest houses over the years but this tops the lot & I would love to stay again. Couldn't fault it!

A warm welcome from Helen and shown to a small but comfortable and very well equipped. Ideal room for a single person. The Farmhouse breakfast was superb and all cereals, fruits, yoghurts etc individually placed on each table. A good sized visitor lounge. Ample car parking in beautiful grounds (next to a farm) and beautiful countryside views. All in all an ideal place for the area, near but away from the M5. Thank you Helen.

Helen was an exceptional host. She gave us our distance and privacy,  yet spoiled us with top grade accommodation,  food and some unpaid for perks! Or rooms were beautiful,  beds were like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, breakfast was absolutely divine and both the home and surroundings were incredibly peaceful. Good accommodation, and great breakfasts! All with the lovely landlady. Stunning views across the Devon countryside, from an ideal location for exploring that part of Devon, and meeting up with old friends!  We really enjoyed our stay.

fantastic farmhouse nestled in the countryside very peaceful and quiet rooms are very clean with all the amenities you would expect.

Breakfast was lovely and very generous of the price that you’re paying. My boyfriend and I with our dog stayed there for one night on our way down to Cornwall.

Wouldn’t hesitate staying here again or recommending it to others.

A beautiful welcoming find.Great host. We just did one night to break up a journey. Everything was spotless and homely. We had our dog with us too so pet friendly. Lovely views of the surrounding countryside. An amazing cooked breakfast. Lovely fresh fruit with cereal as well. All tastes catered for. Would highly recommend.

A quiet secluded place but very easy to find. Helpful and friendly host. Room was excellent, clean well equipped, and massive!. Breakfast menu was very good and very varied. (My bacon was cooked to perfection) All in all a lovely place to stay.

Perfect. A great find.

Spent a night here with my cousin and his wife. Rooms were perfect. 2 bedrooms with adjoining shower room. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, from fresh Miles coffee and tea to fan in each room. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was out of this world. The location was perfect and very peaceful. I arrived at Exeter airport and our accommodation was only a short ride away. Warm welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely relaxing catch up with family

Absolutely outstanding b&b. We came first about 20 years ago and still as nice, warm and inviting. Helen goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. Breakfasts are amazing always find no room for lunch. Rooms are clean and tidy. Nice fluffy towels and the attention to small details like flannels in the bathroom is a first for me.  Would highly recommend a stay

Holiday 

Room 3 was Clean, Comfortable and Warm.  A lovely double walk-in shower with an electric wall heater so you controlled the heat in the bathroom.   Comfortable king size bed and a single if required.  
The breakfast was delicious.  Fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurt followed by wonderful choice of cooked options.  This is a farmhouse so nothing fancy but great for a clean, comfortable stay in a quiet area.

Wonderful Farmhouse B&B- Excellent value for money

Helen runs a first class B&B. The accommodation is clean and very roomy. The breakfast is a delight. Every part of the cooked breakfast was delicious, but special mention has to be given to the standout sausages which are possibly the nicest my wife and I have ever tasted. The food arrives quickly its plentiful and hot and you are offered refills of tea and coffee. Personally I would have preferred smoked bacon but that is only down to personal taste and in no way a criticism. If I was to make just one very slight criticism it was the pillows which for my wife and I were a little too firm as we are accustomed to memory foam because of musculoskeletal disorders. We would definitely return to the B&B.

First Class B&B. Great attention to detail.

This is an amazing break the rooms were tip top and everything had been thought of even with the Covid restraints Helen made sure you were not left wanting, everything was clean relaxed and very friendly, you were made to feel like a home from home.
