3 Porthminster B&B

Good location, with good views of of the Town. Situated  a few minutes walk from the town. The House was beautifully decorated, the room was bright, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked perfectly with good choices. Lynn made us feel very welcome. The house also has good parking facilities.  We loved our 3 night stay and are planning to return in the near future. We vould have happily stayed longer.

This is a real gem. We had 2 rooms and we stayed for 3 nights. Room 1 has beautiful sea views and a big bay window with an armchair. Room 4 is on the top floor with a bit of a sea view but not as much as room 1. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and really quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious too.
The B&B is really well located - close to the station and the centre of town but far enough away from the really busy centre that it felt calm and peaceful. 

We had a lovely stay at 3 Porthminster B&B. It’s in an ideal location, just 5 mins from the beach and town, with great views over the bay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with everything you need and it’s easy to get top ups on tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. Free parking which is like gold dust in St Ives and Lynn is a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here.  Lynn was a great host and the place was immaculate and very comfy.
It's in a great spot, just up the hill from the train station, town centre and Porthminster Beach. A delicious cooked breakfast set us up brilliantly every day and it was easy to stock up on tea & milk if we ever needed to.
This place is great and would definitely recommend to everyone.

A real home from home, spotlessly clean ,excellent breakfast and a lovely host to boot. We could not have had a more enjoyable and pleasant stay. With parking available which is a real must have in st ives you are guaranteed a stress free stay.

A delightful B&B. We stayed 3 nights at 3 Porthminster and had a lovely time in St Ives. The accomodation was fresh, clean and well presented. Our room was a good size with a comfy bed too. Breakfast was consistantly good, tasty and promptly served, plenty of coffee on tap too!  We were greeted warmly by our hoast Lynn and she was attentive throughout and made us feel most welcome. This is a terrific B&B. We had Room 1, which is the most comfortable and attractively decorated room we've ever had in a B&B, with a great view of the Bay of St Ives, even when lying in bed! Lynn and John take very good, unobtrusive care of you. There's car parking (gold dust in St Ives) and real thoughtfulness in all the little touches, like fresh milk and iced water in a little fridge you can help yourself to. Breakfasts were beautifully cooked and we can't recommend it too highly.

A great b & b , spotlessly clean and our room had a great view of the harbour.  We had a parking space which is an added bonus in St Ives !!!!  5 minute walk to the centre and very convenient for the shops and restaurants. 

Lynn the owner is super friendly and helpful.  Nothing is too much trouble for her.

We will definitely book again and would highly recommend.

Stayed a week in July lovely clean unusual B&B we stayed in room 2 which was very nice and modern.very good shower Breakfast was ordered the night before which had a good choice would recommend the pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup.Their was also fresh milk and bottled water available from the fridge in the hall as well as tea coffee and biscuits in our room Their was also parking outside and a five minute walk to the town and the Harbour .Lynn the owner was very friendly and helpful 

My second stay here and just as excellent. 3 Porthminster is a lovely house, so well furnished and cared for and comfortable. The rooms are immaculate and everything of the highest standard. The hospitality is great, welcoming and thoughtful but not instrusive. Breakfast super and many welcome touches, fresh milk supplied, chilled water, an outside front terrace, arrangements to eat take-aways in the dining room.
The house is quiet and peaceful and the hosts mindful to make your stay as cmfortable as possible. Look no further. Tony Delves
