A nice and clean basic bed and breakfast in a quiet but handy location. The street was quiet at night as we were far enough away from the main road but it was still an easy walk to all the attractions. Great breakfast served each day with plenty of choice.

Had a really good time here the owners where really lovely, breakfast as really nice and great chose, bed room was really clean and well looked after, we stayed in room 8 shower was lovely, host was more than accommodating for me and my autistic son would recommend 

Farther and son stay

I stayed at Carlton B&B for two nights over a long weekend. The room was blissfully quiet, bed extremely comfortable, everything scruplously clean. The hosts are welcoming and generous with lovely home cooked breakfasts. It is easy to walk to the beach which is in sight and reached by a small path to sand dunes and long white sandy beaches. If you want to enjoy the activities of Skegness, which includes plenty of restaurants and activities for all tastes, its close by - within walking distance. If you come as a group the individual guests rooms are roomy with high studs, nice views from windows, and enough room at Carlton B&B for a large group to be together in communal areas, but be private from each other in the large individual rooms. Highly recommend. Going back again.

Long Weekend of Relaxing in Spacious Surrounds Very Close to White Sandy Beach

The hotel was just a base whilst we were visiting with friends. The couple that ran the place very friendly and helpful.
B&B clean and cosy, our room was on the top floor and though small suited our needs. 
The bed was very comfortable however the shower needs replaced as only a dribble of cold water came out.
The breakfast was good with plenty of coffee, tea and toast refills if required.
Few minutes walk to seafront and main centre.
Would definately stay again.

Weekend Stay

We booked to add an extra night's stay to our trip to Butlins and check out some of Skegness. Our room was perfect for us of a family of 4. Keith and Jane made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating. If you are not sure if this place can accommodate all your needs with it's facilities, I suggest you contact them to check because they are very helpful. For example, they arranged for a microwave to be put in our room for no extra cost. The breakfast was very traditionally English and very delicious. We all had a comfortable stay and I felt it was good value for money.
