Having read the reviews we were prepared for the worst but when we arrived the reception staff were awesome, the room was great (& not expensive) and the views were stunning. When we arrived the receptionist gave us all the info we needed - how to work the lift, where to go for food / drinks, breakfast info etc etc. She was lovely, good fun and very chatty. When we went down later it was a different person who was equally as lovely and kind. The room was warm, the views were amazing and it was clean and nicely laid out. The location is perfect and parking is right at the door (it is pay and display but not expensive and there were loads of spaces). The price was fantastic - we had booked two rooms and they were both fab.
