What would you wish for from your ideal boutique hotel stay? Well, i dont know you, but I know what I like - Great location convenient for all the City attractions. Stunning building full of history and gorgeous features. Staff for whom nothing is any bother and always smiling. An owner who is on top of the details and goes out of his way to help. A dreamily comfortable bed and a shower that works. Fresh cake available daily to your room. Quite possibly the best breakfast in the City. ( a bold claim perhaps, but try the homemade blackberry jam before you disagree ) Great value for money. There’s bound to be things that I have missed, but you get the picture. There’s no doubt for me that when we next visit The Fine City of Norwich, 38 St Giles will be the first place we try for a room. Many thanks Mr Bacon and all the team at 38. We will be back.
