Excellent hotel, warm and welcoming. . As always a very comfortable bed. liked the fact that it was secure free parking. Breakfast was delicious plenty of choice and lovely cooked breakfast. Everyone very friendly

Stop here overnight as we have family here and we were going out with them to a concert at the spa pavilion so this was an ideal location,  have used premier inns before and found them very good, not let down this time either 
Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable,  food good , will definitely be back 

Came here to stay for 4 night business visit, accommodation is great, staff are fantastic and very friendly and as helpful as they can be. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay  as it’s value for money and in a good location. Rooms are very clean and looked after, beds are more than comfortable. What else do you need.

Came Thursday morning 28th of February had lovely breakfast 3rd visit many thanks to Angela, Emily, chef; Kerry. 
We’ll definitely be back again next month for a breakfast which would recommend to anyone who wants a all you eat breakfast and a great price.

Always use this hotel when in Felixstowe.

Amazing staff in particular Emily who was really accommodating even though they were clearly very busy nothing was too much hassle. I stay in Premier Inns around the country and this was one of the best experiences as a customer for business and leisure I have had had and just wanted it to recognised. I have even extended my stay!

A great 2 nights.  Perfect mattress perfect pillows and duvet and blackout curtains to ensure a deep sleep. Friendly welcoming staff on front desk on Christmas night. What is there not to like ? And unlike many Premier Inns there's free parking - just under your window.

Stay for 2 night booking in was fast and pleasant staff always very pleasant has we have stayed a Felixstowe premier inn about 10 times has family live in Felixstowe, I emailed them for a upper room and 4 firm pillows to which we received, room was excellent, cleaned excellently, bed very comfortable and clean 
Bathroom also excellently cleaned. Tea and coffee milk in room and also by reception to help yourself they also had favoured tea bags. All in all a brilliant stay.

Six of us stayed here for two nights to celebrate long time friendships. We were very pleased with the evening meal we enjoyed when the small staff worked so well to suit all choices. Likewise, rooms were good as were the breakfasts, a large selection all served by a very friendly staff.

We always stay at felixstow Premier Inn now as its a familiar place for my son with ASD.  Good amenities in the area, a lidl across the road and short distance to walk to the seafront, pier,swimming pool and 15/20 minutes walk to sunday Market and martello park/playground and new cafe at the other end of the sea front. Rooms always clean and fresh and tidy. Always find staff friendly and helpful and accommodating with requests. Great meal deal offer which includes breakfast.  Food very tasty in the thyme restaurant.  Refills of tea/coffee available at reception to take to your room. Extra pillows and requests for additional bath towels. Free car parking. A great place for a short break.

Great place to stay for value for money.

Pros: Comfy bed
         Excellent breakfast (chef was a proper decent fella - very chirpy)
         Good parking

Cons: Room was clean but could benefit from a freshen up paint wise as a bit tired. 
          Cleaners were too loud in the morning and woke us up above. 
          We should have been able to check in at 2.50 instead of having to wait until 3 (No i will not 
          pay more money to check in early)

Premier inn always a hit

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting the Container port.

Location wise it’s just about perfect, 2 minutes from the seafront and pier, and directly opposite a couple of takeaways, a cafe and convenience store. 

The rooms are typical Premier Inn, tidy and well equipped. Given the hotels location, the windows don’t open so you are at the mercy of the air-con but this wasn’t too much of an issue.

The place clearly had staffing issues at the time of our stay, and on one occasion they were unable to open the restaurant for evening meals, however the Boardwalk on the pier serve superb food so it was no issue.

The staff that were there were brilliant, and readily available to resolve any issues. 
Special mention to the lady on front desk who’s name escapes me, who also works at the Greene King pub in town. Always chatty and happy to help, and made our stay all the better 👍

LOVELY HOTEL PEACEFUL LOCATION

A must for breakfast

All how I expected. Quiet ,clean room in good size with comfortable bed. Bathroom with bath what was big plus for me. Good location in town centre , just a few min to seafront. Close to all local attractions, restaurants and cafes.
