This hotel is superb with the best host and hostess excellent food clean and tidy very inviting 
It is such a great location for the new forest with horses and donkeys opposite  the front door
The beds are so comfortable a four poster room with a large bath and a separate shower is amazing 
The hosts cannot do enough for you great place to sit in the garden outside plenty of parking 
My only down side is the front rooms are on a busy road which is noisy day and night needs more double glazing 
To keep this much quieter if you don’t sleep very well you need to stay in the back bedrooms 
There was a clue in the toiletries baskets ear plugs !!!  Never seen these before in a room  nice touch but they don’t work either 
If you are nit a light sleeper it wouldn’t effect you it’s a wonderful place to stay best restaurants just down the road  

Nice and central stay

Great location. Friendly and welcoming, would do anything for you. Great food and room would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a short break at Whitemoor House, but my wife was quite ill during this time, with a previous injury / condition, which meant we had to spend a couple of days in our room, and had to attend hospital once. David & Jayne were more than understanding and helpful when we were unable to take breakfast, and even offered room service. Although we were limited in what we could do, we nevertheless enjoyed our stay at this superb hotel and the attention of its outstanding proprietors. Cannot wait to return.

Another superb New Forest break

Well what can I say?
They did not have the dates available that we needed so I rang them up and they accommodated the dates for us.
Easy to find and well sign posted.
On arrival parking can be quite tight but that serves me right for having a large 4x4.

Check in is at 16.00 hours,  but when we got there we were greeted with a pot of tea and a slice of cake (as are all new arrivals) We were also given a discount card for the New Forrest where you can get discount at eateries etc, they also gave us a parking clock which allowed us to park for free in a variety of car parks around the area.

Our room was up in the eaves (Lyndhurst room)so I did bang either my head on the eaves or my shin on the bed a couple of times until you get used to it (I am 5'8") It is also on the road side of the house so there was some traffic noise at times.
The room was spotless and came with a hair dryer and an extension lead and also a tv.

There was also 2 bottles of complimentary water, coffee, tea, cookies and biscuits. Just outside the room you also have fridge that you can use. Also a drinks cabinet on one of the landings with a honesty box. You also have use of a guest lounge and the garden.

Breakfast is included and what a menu!
Cold starters, juices, hot fry up, toast, and tea and coffees, fantastic choice and there is also a vegan choice too.

The accommodation is a short walk into town and just across the road is the forrest itself where we managed an 11 mile walk.

Jayne and David were fantastic hosts and I can not recommend their B&B highly enough, we had a wonderful stay. Thankyou.

Fantastic hosts.

Whitemoor House Bed and Breakfast is as warm and cosy as your home, it is super clean and gorgeous. The owners Jayne and David are the best hosts - so warm, so welcoming and so helpful. Jayne's breakfasts are delicious - there is so much variety for every diet. This place is absolutely dreamy with lovely people! Also, if you are arriving at Ashurst Railway Station like us, it is a great walk (apprx. 20 mins) to the guest house which is greatly located - 7 mins walk to the village. Absolutely recommend Whitemoor House B&B - we are definitely going back!

A Home from Home

Excellent stay at this family run B&B David and Jayne were very friendly,  accommodating . Rooms were to a very high standard bed comfortable, shower and bathroom very clean . Weather was great and there is a beautiful well maintained garden area to rear of property with a lovely water feature. Breakfast menu was excellent variety and choice even to accommodated items not on menu  Would highly recommend and will be hopefully coming back .

Fantastic hosts .  A gem of a B+B. Lovely little touches like a discount key fob to use in the the shops/bars and local businesses. 3 short stay parking pass. Chocolates on the pillow when you arrive.  We were welcomed by Jayne and David with a cup of tea and a slice of lovely cake.  In your room there is a DVD player at the side of the telly as well. You can choose from a wide selection of DVDs in the foyer to watch if you wish to. Breakfast was fantastic with good quality sausages ,bacon, eggs and bread.   I really can’t praise this place enough.  We loved it and will definitely return when in the area.  If you are planning to stay in Lyndhurst then book this place. You won’t regret it

A great B+B with fantastic hosts

Stayed here for 3 nights. Just got home. Where do I start ?  Jayne and David made us very welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing was to much trouble. Parking was easy out the front and we was also given a permit for up to 3 hours short stay parking to use in the area.
     The room key  had a discount fob on it which saved you money on local businesses and attractions which we used and got 10% off in the Chinese . 
 We had the 4 poster bed ‘ Forest View’ room it was lovely.  The room had plenty of tea/ coffee sachets and biscuits as well.  Also a lovely touch with the  chocolates on the pillows. The tv also had a DVD player and there was a large selection of DVDs in the foyer for you to watch if you wished.
   Check in was easy and we were offered a cup of tea and some cake which came in very handy after the journey !  The breakfast was lovely and it was all good quality products as well which is not always the case in some places.   
 You are situated within easy walking distance to the shops , pubs and restaurants and there are plenty to choose from. It’s just a shame it went so quick but we will return.  If you are heading for the New Forest for a break then head to Whitemoor House. You won’t be disappointed

Superb hosts and a fantastic B+B

Our second visit to this lovely B &B. Great hosts, cant do enough for you. Lovely little personal touches that make all the difference and keeps.us returning.  Rooms are clean and bright and the choice of breakfast is amazing. All fresh produce and homemade jams, marmalade and lemon curd are all to die for. Thank you Jayne & David for making our stay so great once again. See you next year.

My wife and I stayed at Whitemoor House for two nights.

We haven’t stayed in a B & B for such a long time and David & Jayne did not disappoint, there were fabulous hosts.

They gave us a very warm welcome including Tea and Cake, Local Council Packing Disc, and a very useful discount card to use in the local Restaurants and cafes.

The breakfast was fabulous, great selection of hot and cold choices including fresh fruit salad and homemade jams.

We stayed in the Forest View Room, overlooking the National Forest, where you can spot the horses roaming freely. The bedroom is immaculately dressed with a four poster bed and it was very clean, spacious, and relaxing. The en-suite had a Large Shower and large bath.

We were so happy with our say, we would be glad to return when we can
