We arrived a little early, the lady that greeted us was super friendly, took our bags and gave us a town map to explore. Room 7 was great, very clean, bed was really comfortable too. Nice coffees/tea & biscuits. The little fridge with milk in on the landing is a great idea, nice to have fresh milk & not long life. Breakfast was perfect, staff were amazing. Loved staying here & will come again. Thank you.

Love this place!

We had a very comfortable stay at the townhouse with an excellent breakfast.  The room was small but well designed.  The shower room was good but the radiator was very very hot.  We would also have liked a light in the bathroom that was not linked to the fan to avoid disturbance in the night.

Lovely stay at a convenient location

My wife and I had a couple of days away in Lyme Regis recently and we were very pleased to book up at the Lyme Townhouse. Situated just at the top of Broad Street it is a 5 minute walk from the town centre or 10 minutes through the town gardens to the Cobb and the picturesque harbour. A very comfortable, quiet and well kept room and gourmet style breakfasts made for a very enjoyable stay and with parking available only 2 minutes away at £2  for 24 hours this delightful b+b is the ideal place to stay.

A very pleasant stay

What a delightful place to stay right in the heart of Lyme Regis. We stayed in room 7 which was bigger than we expected, spotlessly clean and even had a surprise sea view!! Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely book again.

Fantastic place to stay!

Wow what an amazing find. Stayed for 2 nights, ideal location couple minutes walk into the fabulous town centre and the beautiful beach. Jackie Jo & Lisa were amazing, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.  The breakfast was included and was amazing.  Would thoroughly recommend staying here as you will be very well looked after. Won’t hesitate to return. Thank you 

WONDERFUL LOCATION 

Nice place if a little old-fashioned. On a hill leading out from Lyme. Comfortable room with big bed, good shower, helpful cheerful people, good breakfast. Good value but parking  nearby at £15 a day added to the cost.

Nice place

The Lyme Townhouse is the nicest, friendliest and cleanest petite hotel or B & B that we have ever stayed in. Our room (number 5) was spotlessly clean - as was the rest of the hotel. 
Shower towels were fluffy super soft white bath sheets and the toiletries provided were sustainable and organically sourced together with top quality Cushelle toilet paper. 
Although compact, our room had sufficient clothes hanging space, was well lit and was even provided with a bottle opener and two wine glasses! plus filter coffee bags and multiple flavour tea bags.
No full English breakfast, but a choice of local artisan bread for toast, with egg, sausage or bacon together with fruit juice, yoghurt, croissants and cereals. 
There is no on-site parking but there is a large car park with free overnight parking a few minutes up the road. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and absolutely made our 55th wedding anniversary stay. We can't praise The Lyme Townhouse highly enough.

Absolutely the best!

A nice bed and breakfast located a little above the center of the village. Our room was a little small but nicely furnished. The breakfast was very good and the service was friendly and hospitable. We felt very comfortable.

Nice B & B.

We stayed here on our last night of hiking the SWC Path. Very nice, clean, charming old hotel! The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Quiet room on the street. Very short walk into town to restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was very good!

Very nice stay - highly recommend!

Lovely host,  newly refurbished, nice lounge area. Rooms are not huge but good shower, lovely towels  and a fridge just outside the rooms with fresh milk for teas and coffee’s. Breakfast also excellent with nice continental selection and a good range of cooked options- perfect poached eggs.
