Great place to stay if you work in the area

Excellent stay, room was clean bed was comfy slept really well, breakfast was hot fresh and tasty, the chef was very accommodating and we really appreciated him cooking some fresh food for us due to my illness ,
Couldn’t fault it will definitely be back when we are in Rugby next

The stay was very comfortable ,and staff friendly, room was very clean and tidy, and the breakfast was first class and the best of it you can help yourself as many times as you want staff inside the breakfast room very friendly and the food was perfect 👌

Newly refurbished rooms are excellent. Well  located in North Rugby. Very quiet and comfortable night. Harvester pub next door.
Breakfast excellent - freshly cooked and special mention for Serban who is friendly ,helpful and super efficient in the breakfast area. 👍

I really liked this hotel! 

Easy to find, good free parking and cctv. Clean reception and rooms and well appointed. Super handy for visiting the local area, and had a retail park 2 minutes away with options to get food and supplies. 

The only weird thing was a lack of staff - I waited in reception for over 5 minutes before anyone came to check me in, the girl didn’t know how to add on the WiFi to the booking (I did it myself online so it wasn’t really an issue) and in the morning there was no one at breakfast to greet or seat you, only the chef. I asked a cleaner and she just told me to help myself to the breakfast. 

The lack of staff didn’t retract from my stay at all - I would definitely stay here again, but just worth mentioning.

We were visiting family in the area and had stayed in this hotel before. It is going through an upgrade and we were fortunate enough to given a Premier Plus room for no extra charge. It was extremely comfortable and well appointed

Stayed here for a work trip all as it should be at a hotel, even with hotel work going on the staff continued to provide good service and clean rooms. Breakfast was great even though it wasn’t help yourself which the chef explained was because the hotel was quiet and wanted everyone to have fresh food. Very handy for my work also.

This was a good choice for our overnight stay - just off the main road and plenty of free parking available on site. (just double check the post code on your sat nav). The hotel was what we have come to expect from this chain, effortless check-in and well appointed comfortable rooms (and beds!). The hotel was very quiet clean and unlike some Premier Inn's had its own breakfast room which was self service. Next door is the Harvester and we called in her for a couple of drinks but you can of course eat here if you wish.

Hotel was close to work,good location,free car park.Breakfast at site.They do not have a bar,harvester next door does and serves meals all day,Harvester is not part of the hotel group.
Hotel does not have a lift.
Rooms at the  back of hotel are quite.

We had an amazing stay here visiting family

The team were so welcoming breakfast was lovely room was clean and set up with colouring and biscuits 

We will definitely stay again

Great place to stay!
This Premier Inn is very well-located next to the Harvester Restaurant and other shopping. 
I loved the bedroom, lots of space. And the bathroom has a modern style.
Free car park as well.
Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't great, most of the food was cold and didn't have too many options.

Stopped here on way down to London via Coventry. Really good location for a stop over. Arrived late and the staff were helpful in sorting the room. Room was quiet and comfy so we slept well. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. Nothing was too much trouble.

Wonderful stay - great breakfast 

Stayed for 2 nights for work location was 20mins from where I needed to be but the Premier Inn was above expectations highly recommended.
Shame about the poor level off WiFi even after purchasing the extra WiFi is was still not the best but I got done what I needed to do.
