My husband and I have owned a caravan on Silver Sands Holiday Park for three years. Last month we took the decision to upgrade our starter van to a new model. Keely was our sales person and she has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, she is friendly, personable and not your typical sales person at all. Keely wants her sales to be just right for her buyers, she looked after us from start to finish, genuinely cares and the whole experience really was enjoyable and exciting. Thank you Keely, keep doing what you do, top level at your job. Love Chris and Stuart x

Lynne at Reception was very friendly and helpful who gave us all the Information we needed. She made us feel right at home. Food was good, bar staff very polite and children's entertainment excellent. Location very close too the beach & good play park. Highly recommend this Holiday Park.

We have been coming for a few years and it never disappoints us.
 Caravan is lovely and right beside the entertainment. Great u can also take the dog. Want to say the entertainment team were great. Lynn at reception was very helpful. Will be returning next year.

What can I say fantastic!!  Lodge was spotless, nice and quiet area and great for dogs. Couldn’t fault anything. Fab scenery. On-site restaurant great food. Good base to explore everywhere. Site itself spotless too. Five stars.🌟 had an issue with heating literally someone was there within ten mins and sorted. Definitely recommend this place compared to other sites in vicinity!! Silver sands…gold standards 🙌🙌

I have had a pleasant stay at silversands hotel. Reception staff excellent. Very helpful polite and very friendly. 
Bar staff amazing. 
Staff at the food lounge were always there to help me. Very friendly and happy. 
I had a lovely time at silversands. 
Breakfast was amazing children loved it as they had English sausages and hash browns. 
Dinner was also good. 
Hotel was always clean everyday. 
I would definitely recommend.

Great welcome from reception staff always happy to help, park is super safe gated and wardens keeping everyone sound and safe at night the plush club house welcomes you with friendly staff Stacy and her team offer great food and bar service child friendly with soft ice drinks to pop. food is lush and well priced. Fab pool and gym. Entertainment Zara,Lauren and manager keep children entertained from teddy bear making to party dances then later they keep us adults entertained, from live bands to disco it’s all there to make your stay amazing. If you have not visited Silversands put it in you list to visit. A beautiful white sandy beach for walks, building sandcastles a lighthouse and so much more lots to pack in on a day you will sleep sound, pets are welcomed and cratered for too
You will love the warm friendly break and don’t forget there are lots of beautiful holiday homes so you can keep visiting pop in and see Chris at the sales office he will help you choose a cosy holiday home for you to relax and enjoy the Silversands way.

really good park ,helpfull staff especially the big Mexican guy that drives the blue tractor ,he told me where all the best local takeaways /pubs ect Were ,the bar/restaurant is very good also and staff are really friendly , the only thing I didn't like were the amount of speed bumps on the park bit overall a really good park and would recommend to anyone passing by 10/10

Special shout out to Andrew and Jonathan who were so helpful and friendly in the pool area/gym and also when hiring the bike carts (for 4).  I loved their down to earth approach and nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars for me for both of them. They were the best staff in the whole complex to engage with - they knew their job and who to contact else where in the complex if needed. Apart from being really knowledgeable, they looked like they were happy at work and enjoyed it.  This was exactly what I look for in a staff member. (In contrast to this, in the kids activities area  the staff did not know how to book in for activities and sent me on a bit of a wild goose chase to pay for activities. A little training for the staff on the kids zone would go a long way in customer service skills.

This was Halloween and the complex look great topped with a great show from Katie, Emily and Ben fantastic a really great team always have something for kids and adults to get involved with massive thank you to you all 

The park is super clean all staff are friendly a wonderful beach and activities during the day and by night the staff are friendly and welcoming for all ages the entertainment team Katy Emily and Ben, Stacy and David go the extra mile as do all the staff  
Lots for kids to do and the full complex is so safe.



Very good location ,sandy beach just behind caravan village .Lighthouse look really nice in the night .We had 2 bedroom platinum caravan it was very comfortable for my family.
Nice and helpful staff.
We would love to come back again .

lossiemouth visit 

Disappointed there is not a dog friendly area in the bar. Otherwise great park especially if had kids. It has everything, bar, entertainment, gym, shop (limited) laundrette. Toilet block and showers are great could do with more EV points. The two were always in use.
Is it ok to charge car when at an why hard standing?

Your next holiday Silver sands 

Nice holiday few trips and food was good , stayed in Platinum Caravan was okay but needed hoover so we could at least clean ourselves , and carpets/mats all need good clean , also double bed was terrible just springs so my wife and I slept on the sofa 3 nights which not best situation for a top grade caravan.

Greeted by a very warm welcome from the ladies on reception, who were friendly and helpful with any queries throughout our stay. It’s a huge, well maintained site with lots of caravans on the edge of a glorious beach. We stayed in a Platinum caravan which was very modern, clean, well equipped and attractively decorated. There is a great entertainment area, where we enjoyed a drink at the bar and tasty takeaway fish n chips. Plenty of facilities for children. We had lots of lovely walks with our dog along the beach. Lossiemouth is a fab wee town for a holiday with some great cafes and shops beside the pretty harbour. Thanks to the whole team for an enjoyable stay.
