Lambert Manor

Absolutely loved it! Stayed for 2 nights with our small dog mid February with absolutely no complaints. We stayed in lodge 4, it was clean, tidy and extremely warm. The boiler which was tucked away nicely in the bathroom looked relatively new and was easy to use. With plenty of radiators dotted about it was a cozy stay in a very chilly month. The lodges are self contained with a living room, kitchen area, separate bathroom complete with shower, 2 bedrooms, one twin, one double. All rooms are fully equipped including a TV in the living room, all that’s needed are personal belongings. We did not dine at the hotel but did make use of the pleasantly heated swimming pool. We found a dog friendly pub/restaurant approximately 2 miles away (a pleasant walk) and the town is a short drive away with plenty of local shops, restaurants and takeaways. We found the local butchers delightful for breakfast and packed lunch ingredients! A truly fab stay, we are already planning our return. A really great find.
