We stayed here recently for one night before heading into Edinburgh and had a great nights stay. The hotel is a hotel with a difference in an old castle, rooms and decor is old and in fitting with castle theme. Bed was comfy, large bathroom and hotel had everything we wanted. Jude was a great host and cooked us an excellent Scottish breakfast. Not much to do in Bonnyrigg itself but only 20 min drive into Edinburgh.
