We had the most wonderful stay at Stream House. The bedroom was beautiful, with such a comfortable bed and an amazing roll top bath in the en suite. Warmly welcomed with some brownies on arrival, and delicious breakfast both mornings. Highly recommend, and would certainly stay again.

Sandra was an amazing host nothing was too much trouble

Stream House is a little jewel of a B & B and Sandra and Steve are great hosts.The house and extensive gardens are absolutely beautiful and amazingly well looked after!We thoroughly recommend Stream House and can't wait to stay there again ourselves.

Sandra's attention to detail was amazing.  There were so many special touches that made this delightful B and B stand out from many we have stayed in.  Our room was comfortable and we felt relaxed straight away.  The bed and pillows were notably comfortable.   Breakfast was very enjoyable with choices of local produce.  Thank you Steve and Sandra.  You do a great job.

When u think of your dream B&B it’s probably in a beautiful setting with extensive grounds …..With an extremely well appointed room , a comfy bed and to top it off  a great breakfast served by wonderful hosts..
If that’s the case don’t hesitate to book Stream House..

A beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The gardens are fantastic

Stayed at Stream House for 3 nights, and had a lovely, relaxing break. Spacious, comfortable room, and en suite, excellent breakfasts, beautiful garden and a very warm welcome .Liked the bed so much we've just ordered a similar mattress! Very good location for visiting Rye and Hastings as long as you have transport. All perfect.

Everything about the stay here was fantastic!! Warmly welcomed, well looked after and the property was superb. Immaculately clean and well equipped.Will certainly return!!! and can highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with Steve and Sandra who were the perfect friendly and welcoming hosts.The food was excellent and the accommodation was top class; use of the day sitting room was a nice touch.I am a firm believer that get what you pay for and I have no hesitation in highly recommending the Stream House.

A top quality place to stay in lovely surroundings

We recently spent two nights at the lovely Stream House Luxury B & B, which certainly lived up to its reputation.  Sandra and Steve were very welcoming.  The Bluebell Room was delightful with an extremely comfortable bed and brilliant ensuite bathroom.  Breakfast was delicious with a good choice.  The gardens were beautiful.  Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay at the lovely Stream House

Lovely bedroom with en suite bathroom, both looking out on to the stream that flows through the idyllic garden (read "park") in a quiet village not far from the coast with wonderful English breakfasts each day - what's not to like?We are really pleased that we booked a room in Steve and Sandra's home for a week. We explored the towns and attractions around the area, fossil hunting at Pett Level, taking tea at Pashley Manor Gardens, imagining the fighting at Battle Abbey, walking all over Hastings. It is a lovely area with so much to see and do.A full breakfast meant that we did not have to worry much about lunch, but Steve and Sandra also provided some recommendations for local restaurants which were also gratefully experienced.

Five Star B&B isn't the half of it!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in the beautiful Poppy Room with amazing views. The room had masses of storage and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was massive. Having a very comfy guest lounge to relax in was great. Excellent breakfast served in the lovely dining room. Wonderful grounds to sit and relax in if the weather is good. Good parking. Very COVID safe

A charming two night stay in the spotlessly clean, welcoming and homely Stream House. We was greeted by Sandra and tea/coffee laid on with fruit cake.A airy, comfortable room with a huge king side bed and amazing bathroom with a free standing bath.A hearty full English was served up for breakfast.Two nights of luxury.

Stream House luxury.

A beautiful property with a very well appointed private bathroom containing a roll top bath and large walk in shower. Huge, comfortable bed and all the facilities you’d find in a boutique hotel room. The grounds are extensive and beautifully kept. The cake and tea on arrival and complimentary breakfast in the guests dining room/ lounge were fantastic touches. Sandra and Steve were extremely helpful and welcoming. The whole place was spotlessly keen too.
