Really enjoyed our 3 days in Edinburgh at this Hilton. The hotel is in the middle of the old town. What really made the experience enjoyable was the people and how they went above and beyond. It started with Daniel at check in & F&B manager Colin was terrific leading his team giving everyone a wonderful breakfast with cook to order omelettes and don’t forget your haggis! Evening complimentary snacks of shrimp washed down with soft drinks, beer or scotch was appreciated after a busy day and Olga kept everything topped up and everything moving with a big smile and a great attitude. Duty manager Nick was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful advising of things to see and places to eat. We’ve stayed in more than 150 different Hilton’s both in Europe and the Americas and the people at this hotel were at the top of the list!
