We needed a hotel after a long journey back from the Caribbean.
We were able to check in at 11.00 which was great as we needed a shower etc after a long and tiring journey. 
We were given a very helpful and friendly reception by Alison C who was very helpful and checked us into our room at 11.00.

The room and bathroom although not one of the most modern Premier ones was very spacious and comfortable and gave us everything we needed.
We stayed the night there and had a very good meal at the pub next-door and a much needed British real ale.

Check out was easy and again efficient and friendly.

I received wonderful customer service by Derek on reception. It was clear from the start, this gentleman is focused on providing the best customer experience possible. It was very apparent that he would go above and beyond in his duties to achieve this. 
A highly rated individual who is a credit to your company. Many thanks. 



My god I stopped at a Travelodge which was weful so such a surprise to find this little gem. The room was homely and comfy, big enough and designed enough to be livable. The staff on reception where lovely and helpful. BUT the breakfast at the Star Inn opposite and on-site was outstanding, with fresh delcious full english for all tastes, the earlier night w I had the most scrummy pie ever! Rest assured you stop here will be great!

Staff are so helpful and accommodating, they went above and beyond for us which we were very grateful for. We needed an early check in (around 9am) so we could be ready for a wedding at 1200. They rallied together and cleaned our room which helped us to arrive on time. 
Breakfast was lovely with very good choices. 

Ideal location and several restaurants. Price and accommodation adequate for our needs. Comfortable bed and room. Good parking. Not far from aph Gatwick parking. Usually stay here when flying from gatwick


Stayed here to rest and refresh before collecting my mum from Gatwick Airport. The location is ideal only 20 mins from the Airport and not too close to make it a really busy Hotel.

The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly, the hotel is exactly what I wanted the quality and cleanliness was very good.
There is a good pub next door so no need to look around for a restaurant, the food is good and if you’ve had a little too much of the wonky juice you haven’t got far to go to bed! 

This Inn is in a good location for visiting friends. There was plenty of parking and the hotel staff were friendly and on hand for checking in and answereing any questions. 
It is cleaned and well maintained and I had good nights sleep.

Great overnight rest, clean & comfy and quiet. 
Elenor was fantastic on the phone and in person. The picture on the television wasn’t working so we were moved to another room. 
Hot shower and clean bathroom. 

Premier Inn East Grinstead did everything it "said on the tin".  Very clean room 27 in a good location - not to close or far away from reception, upstairs facing away from the approach road and busier part of the car park.  Excellent check-in and check-out.  Handy to have coffee/tea top-ups readily available at reception - nice touch!  Hotel location central for the trip.  Mattress was past its best and room was so hot with no through draught but neither issue could be controlled by the site manager.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn.  Location excellent and food good in the pub next door which was used for breakfast.  Service very good.  Easy location to get to Lingfield racing.

The Premier Inn at East Grinstead is quite small and unpretentious, however, it suited our needs for an overnight stopover. Check in was friendly and efficient and our room was clean, of a good size and furnished with all one might expect from a Premier Inn. Our room didn’t have air conditioning, but a fan was provided. The receptionist also gave us a spare sheet we could use in case the duvet proved too hot to use as it was a warm night, we used this and had a comfortable nights’ sleep. Room rates were very reasonable for what was provided. Free onsite parking is available. It does not have its own restaurant but we ate our dinner in the Star Inn next door which was very good indeed.

A pleasant stay in a pretty basic hotel at a good price. The staff, both in the hotel and the adjacent Chef and Brewer where the hotel meals were served, were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was pretty basic but it did the job.

Gatwick pre night stay

Clean, comfortable and friendly

This stay was purely a stop off and I just wanted a evening meal and a bed for the night.  Check in was easy and the staff were friendly but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were thin and hard.  Shower ran hot and cold.  Location was on a very busy road (which I did know) so expect some noise - which pretty much runs most of the say and night.
The Star next door offer reasonable food at reasonable prices.
