The big plus for me was the staff - Emma and Ben. She was 80% down on her usual staff and yet still found time to look after me, which, as a solo female solo cyclist undertaking a long multi day bike ride, was very much appreciated. I had a room in the little detached building which was simple but clean and comfortable. Although most of the seating is benches there are a few little covered wooden booths with seating with a back, which is very important if you’ve been cycling all day.
