Dawn and Gavin were excellent hosts. Everything exceeded expectations.  Felt really spoilt.

This place was wonderful in all aspects, spotlessly clean, attention to detail was spot on, comfortable beds and wow breakfast was like eating in a top hotel in London, nothing to fault, as for the hosts , warm, friendly and without doubt top class

We have had the most amazing little break at this Gem of a place.Everything was first class and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.We must mention the breakfast, this is English food at its best, sensational to be honest.Thank You Dawn & Gavin

This is one of the best B&B's we have visited in more than 15 years of UK holidays.  The owner, Dawn, was very personable and knowledgeable about hiking, touring, and eating.  The Trelawny Room was elegant with a  four-poster bed and garden view to the sea.  Breakfasts ordered by email gave almost unlimited individual choices with a surprise special each day.  If you are anywhere near Boscastle, definitely stay here.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, beautiful view if English countryside. Delicious and bountiful made-to-order breakfast in lovely breakfast room, quiet inn, easy walk to harbor and restaurants, and to Southwest Coastal Path. Highly recommended.

Super hosts, matched by very high standards of cleanliness all coupled with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.
The choice offered for breakfast was amazing and would suit almost any requirement, could not be faulted.

From the day of arrival to leaving, the friendliness of Dawn and Gavin was exceptional!.....two lovely people and made us very welcome. The hotel was amazing and our room was lovely, very clean, comfortable and the views were amazing!.  The breakfasts were like nothing we have had before, cooked and presented beautifully and we were emailed with menus the day before and the choice was amazing, in fact we were spoilt for choice!.....If you are thinking of visiting Boscastle then this hotel is the one to stay at, you will not be dissapointed!......It was our anniversary on one of the days of our stay and was greeted with a bouquet of flowers in our room......how thoughtful. Thanks again Dawn & Gavin for a wonderful stay! 

Beautiful house, rooms and bathroom. Our second visit here. Breakfast the best we have eaten anywhere, choice and quality was superb. Wonderful hosts. Perfect location not too far away from other main attractions like Port Isaac. We will be back that's for sure. Will miss you Dawn look forward to our next visit.

Very well located, individually furnished rooms, very pretty garden, owners very cordial. There was nothing we could complain about!

Four-Day Excellent Luxury Visit

Simply the Best

Perfect mini break

One of the most beautiful B&B we ever visited, with a spotless room, comfortable bed and large bed, coupled with luxurious bathroom with large bathtub and spacious shower. Great wi-fi reception throughout the property - which is not something you find very easily, especially in the countryside.

To crown the experience, we were treated to one of the best breakfasts ever.

We stayed here for the third time, such a lovely place, fabulous hosts and the breakfasts are just 5 Star. Boscastle is a lovely Cornish village with stunning scenery and coastal walks. Boscastle House is located up the hill from the harbour and village centre, the walk down is beautiful as you pass some fine examples of old Cornish houses, the walk back up is steep with my only advice being ‘smaller steps’!

A quiet relaxing place to stay with fabulous rooms and 5 Star Breakfasts

Fantastic find.  The room was beautifully presented and everything was well thought out.  Lovely bathroom with all toiletries supplied.  Fridge in the room with great tea and coffee making facilities.  The breakfasts were amazing and noting was too much trouble.  I requested burnt toast and it was delivered to me just how I like it.  The grounds and gardens are gorgeous.  Overall this was a great stay and I  will be returning.

Excellent Accommodation

This place is a real find and one to return to. Our room (Trelawny) was wonderful, very spacious, clean and with a lovely bathroom and amazing views. There was also a mini fridge in the room which we liked.  The breakfasts were the best we have ever had in a bed and breakfast with a fantastic choice, the food was beautifully presented and of a very high quality and better than some far more expensive hotels we have stayed in. 
There is ample space for parking, and you can easily walk into Boscastle. There are lots of lovely locations to drive to from the house. 
I could not recommend this place highly enough

Perfect..
Clean, nicely decorated rooms.
Perfect breakfast with daily specials and a happy host to greet you in the morning.
Garden is well maintained with ares you can sit of an evening with a glass of wine/coffee.
Hosts are always happy to help and informative about the area/local attractions and pubs. 
Nothing seems to be a problem
Boscastle Harbour just 10-15mins walk, 50mins back.....
Would happily stay again.

Lovely B&B with Lovely hosts 

Boscastle House is beautiful.   We enjoyed every minute of our stay- Charlotte room has a lovely seating area and beautiful view from the huge window.    The location is perfect for exploring Boscastle - we found Boscastle car park was free in the evenings so was no problem to drive down to the harbour for dinner.    Great location for visiting the surrounding area.  Tintagel castle is a must also Port Isaac and Padstow.  
Breakfast was 10/10- such a choice and prepared with such care, really set us up for the day.   Catered very well for my dietary requirements as well which was much appreciated.   
Stunning place and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Boscastle House

Lovely B & B, run by Dawn & Gavin. Had a text to say our room was ready, earlier than check-in time stated which was lovely to settle in and walk to the harbour. Warned that it was a steep walk back but we still gave it a go, not repeated! Apparently it’s approx £5 to get a taxi back. 
On arrival: info given & shown to the room (Nine Maidens)  which was lovely and spacious. Clean and nice decor.
The Room: 
• Arm chairs
• Fridge with fresh milk in a mini milk bottle and a little extra treat (bar of chocolate)
• large comfortable bed with crisps white linen and plenty of pillows
• 2 windows, looking out over the garden and the front of the property. Very quiet at night.
• Cupboard for hanging clothes with 10 hangers plus white fluffy dressing gowns & slippers.
• 2 decent size mirrors 
• Hairdryer 
• Usual tea tray with good quality   products including a choice of teas, coffee, drinking chocolate and juice sticks. 
• Good size TV on a rotating bracket.
• Large shower cubicle with shower mat available. 2 sinks. Also a bath. 
• shower gel, toiletries (cotton buds, makeup wipes  etc. 
• Emailed each day for breakfast choices and time choice 8:00-9:30.
Usual cold stuff: cereal, yogurts, juices.
Choice of croissants to start, fresh fruit, other fruit dishes with creamy Greek. Cooked breakfast or something on toast. Plus a special each day i.e. Eggs Benedict, American pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup, kippers plus lots more. All very tasty and well presented. Produce locally sourced. You would never leave hungry.
In summary: Dawn & Gavin make your stay comfortable & relaxing. Would recommend. Made more special by all the little extra touches including a card and chocolates to celebrate our Anniversary from Dawn & Gavin.
