2270 reviewsI stayed for about 3 weeks in Golden sands 3. This is like my second home. Staff is very very friendly & cooperative. Mr. Kabeer , Manager was extremely supportive. He ensured that his Team made my stay comfortable. IT facility was excellent & concerned Manager Mr. Rajesh was prompt in resolving issues. Room service was commendable. Hari, room attendant always had a smile on his face & was keen to help. Noureddine Labiad , front office supervisor made my stay comfortable. Abdulla from concierge needs special mention. He never allowed me to lift my suitcase.....Always willing to help with smiling face. These personalities are grat asset for Golden sands. I shifted in mid Jan to Golden Sands 10. Once again Mr. Kabeer, Duty Manager, helped me getting good rate 7 nice 2 BHK Apartment. Sadly, my mom passed away on Jan 22nd & I had to rush to Mumbai, During this difficult time, Mr. Kabeer / Mr. Essam gave me much needed confidence & all the support. Ms. Connie / George / Mustafa from front desk, Anil / Karim from concierge were very helpful. I will miss all of them for long time. They established excellent bonding with me.This is a life time experience. No wonder I feel Golden Sands 3 / 5 / 10 is like my second home.. I have stayed in several hotels worldwide as a senior corporate executive but for me Goldensands is very Unique. Suggestions : Complementary Fruit basket was promised once a week. But despite repeated reminders service was poor. Small table / stool could be provided in balcony. We had to always hold our glasses / Teacups in hand. More Asian TV channels could be provided as GS has large tourists coming from India. Reflecting films should be put on kitchen door opening in balcony as one could view movements in others kitchens...Privacy is lost. Many guests were drying their clothes in balcony ( looks ugly ). Guests should be informed that dryer is provided in room. Many ladies of Indian origin were in pool with normal dress. They were without proper swimming attire. Guard- attendant / officials should have objected. ( This does not happen in GS 3 / 5) . Invariably, Children / adults were making too much noise in pool which was disturbing to other guests but no action was initiated by staff. I wish Goldensands Team a great success.
