Too late to give me my room, a small but clean one, unkind service because they came to complain that I coughed all night, the hotel lacked an elevator, and I had to load my 20kg suitcase upstairs, central and strategic.

Uneducated and Disrespectful

The morning of the day we left, the water was gone, and I asked you to stay in the room for three hours and wait for the water, and they gave me two cans, and they refused to extend it, and I didn't find a free breakfast.

Better to live in a hostel.

I write as a very angry client. We arrived late in the room cold, we slept dressed with two blankets, hiding in jackets. Immediately began to write to Alexander B, promised to bring an additional heater and silence.... asked to return the money (for services 2000 UAH left and 1500 UAH for inconveniences) But Alexander has not given the money for 16 days. Think....

If you respect yourself don't think about arming!!!!

With a small group of travelers, we spent two nights in this small hotel in a good location on the outskirts of the old town. The rooms are grouped randomly around a small courtyard and are connected by a gallery. This is comfortable. Our room was very simple and very small, there was hardly any storage for luggage and clothes. The house is old and was not built as a hotel. So it is possible that other rooms are more spacious. We did not use the Spartan cooking space next to a breakfast table. Rather, we took the breakfast in the small breakfast room of the hotel. This one with nine people was already taken over and the service was still of socialist charm.

Who just likes it?

Location is very good: short walk to the center of the city. Still, it was quiet.
Parking for the car directly at the house in fenced area.
Very spacious room, a bit dark, but well lit.
Very good value for money.
Apparently little has been invested in recent years and there are now a number of renovations and replacements necessary. This concerns especially our saggy bed, which was also quite small.
The staff was not very cooperative. In particular, to complain about, our TV did not work and no one in the house wanted to deal with this problem.

Conditionally recommendable

If you want a quiet and close to the centre hotel this is it!! 
Location was great and breakfast was fantastic and plenty of it!
All staff was very friendly and took their time understanding our Ukrainian, Russian and Romanian combined! 
We had an amazing time!

Little treasure!

The hotel is central and the breakfast is good, but there are nuances. I paid for a junior suite (room 4), and this is a windowless room (which i was warned when I called), but next to the room where the dryers that work all day, and from the other wall of the room there is a loud-working refrigerator (which was a nightmare and nerves talking to the staff to turn it that they did not want to). Narrow double bed, cm 140, no more. There are other rooms with a window to the corridor, not the street. My opinion that the owner of this place is a very greedy person that wants to use every corner that should not serve as a room for clients, but as internal facility for storage. Bad experience!

Awful junior suite room on the first floor

My room is not exactly worth my money. The floor with the holes, the room is very small, the bed starts to scream at a glance. And all this charm is worth 1050 grams... and that's without breakfast!

It's not worth it!

We haven't been here in a long time... and we probably won't be here again! The room is awful... with the batteries and the electric fireplace working... everything seems to have been switched on just before we settled in... it smells like sewerage... the toilet seat is broken... the laundry room looks tight... and we fools ordered breakfast... as if we didn't get poisoned tomorrow...

The Lux Magnet, the Trash Magnet.

The hotel was nice, clean, warm. We had 2 rooms which were big, everything we needed we found there, the fridge was stocked up adn we paid when we left. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The big surprise though was the breakfast: for only 70 hrivna we ate and it lasted us for half a day: omelette, bread butter and jam, pancakes, tea coffee you name it!
If i ll come back i ll definitely book a room here!
