Acelya Apart

Loved it ! The owners of these apartments are a beautiful family who will immediately make you feel part of their family. Can't thank them enough for the help they provided to us. The apartment, and the building itself, very clean. and there is an elevator too. The apartment is huge with long corridor, 4 bedrooms (all with wardrobes), 2 balconies, a large sitting room with sofas, a small equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and heater, and another bathroom with small sink/tub and a floor toilet (Turkish toilet). The master bedroom has 2 large double beds and a small single bed, 2 rooms have 2 double beds and 1 room have a single bed. The only downside was the cold water because the water heater was only connected to the shower, but maybe that's applicable only to us as we come from a hot country. Now take into consideration that we are a family of 5 who booked a low price apartment to sleep 5 people, but we found an apartment that would sleep 8 persons easily, very clean and have all the facilities (TV, washing machine, fridge, boiler and small electric top-cooker), with no extra charge what so ever. Add to this the nice location with many markets and restaurants around us. And the friendly owners who managed for us a Mercedes bus with professional driver for a very reasonable price. Mrs. Amal, one of the owners' family, a fluent English speaker who helped us in planning and scheduling the trips, and she was the excellent support for us whenever needed (even over the phone at anytime), her beautiful children Eyoup and Sara who played with my children and teach them some Turkish words, Mrs Amal's Husband (Mr. Hasan if I remember correctly) and his brother who helped us explaining to the driver what we want, and the professional driver (Fatih) who stayed with us every day from 10am to 10pm and was very friendly and drives calmly even in the worst situations (steep narrow roads, fog, clouds, rain and stones), all of them I felt part of my own family. It was a very pleasant stay in Trabzon and used it to visit all areas nearby (Uzungul, Ayder, Riza,...etc).
