My family and I are just home from this hotel. My husband took seriously ill and had to be rushed to hospital. The General Director, Nurten Sari, took time out of her busy schedule every single day to help my children and I. The staff at this hotel were exceptional with helping us. They were an absolute Godsend. They took care of my children and I for the 4 days we were there. Nurten treated us like family. I am forever grateful to Nurten and all the staff at this hotel
