Iron Ambassador Side Beach

Spent a week here in September, and me and my wife had a great time. The hotel is nice, the gardens and pools are great and the beach is lovely. The staff on the front desk are a little rude, and everything is done by the book, there are no special treatments or favours, it is what is is, black and white, yes or no. We arrived due to flight times at around 1030am. We were told check-in was 2pm but come back at 12 and there could be a room ready... When we returned we were rudely told 'Check in is 2pm and no earlier' regardless of what rooms were ready or not. The food is ok, not much selection from day to day, plenty of Turkey usually. They do a grill outside which was always the tastiest section for me. Would recommend, but don't expect more than you pay for.
