A wonderful hotel, the staff was really nice and always helpful. Rooms cleaned every day. The food was delicious and diverse. A lot of swimming pools to choose from and a beautiful beach really close to the hotel. I can highly recommend this place to anyone :)

Great great great place to spend here holiday, very good food, very nice service, at the end of the holiday I asked the bartenders to give a little less alcohol to the drinks, 6 swimming pools, including one for children with slides for younger children and older children, close to the sea, there is much more to mention, one thing is for sure, we will definitely come back here

We recently stayed at this wonderful 5-star hotel and had one of the most memorable holidays as a family. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations from the beautiful pools and delicious food to the relaxing atmosphere and top-notch service.

I want to give a very special thanks to Enes, the guest relations team member, who went above and beyond for us. My daughter has a specific allergy, and Enes was incredibly attentive and supportive for days, helping us find the right medication and always checking in on her well-being. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and gave us peace of mind during our stay.

The à la carte restaurant experience was absolutely fantastic  the food was exquisite, the presentation was elegant, and the staff made us feel like VIPs. The main buffet also offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes, and the drinks throughout the resort were excellent.

The pools were clean and spacious, perfect for both adults and children. Every corner of the hotel was well-maintained and beautifully designed, offering the perfect balance between luxury and comfort.

Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing yet luxurious escape. Thank you once again to Enes and the entire team  we will definitely be coming back

Very good food, interesting showtimes in the evenings and very polite staff. Me and my mom are recommending this hotel if you want to relax.

We just came back yesterday from this amazing resort, it is like a small tow you have everything you need in there. I thought it is a 4 star hotel but I saw it after I arrived it is 5. I would say it is a 4 plus stars. The food. the drink cocktails. cakes everything was very good quality and very varied. The chefs are doing an amazing job. all the staff of very friendly and they have a lot of staff.  I wss reading before leaving on holiday that the beds are uncomfortable, they are great actually and I have back pain in general but there was no problem during my holiday.
We went there with our daughter and  she had an amazing time, the pools for the kids are really good, the entertainment is nice as well.
If people go to other countries to eat the same food which they eat home they should stay home.
Overall I would definitely recommend this resort and I would go back tomorrow 😁

Recently returned from a family holiday this was our second stay at Calimera Serra Palace (first in 2023) 

The hotel in my opinion has become even better.  The grounds are immaculate staff are extremely attentive, friendly and polite.  

Special mention to Heidi from customer relations for her hospitality and Zizou along with his colleagues from the animation team who made our stay fun and enjoyable. 

I have effusive praise for the food provided at various locations throughout the hotel.  

I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you have a young family. 
   
Thank you to everyone associated with Serra Palace you are doing a top job keep it up and I am sure we will visit again sometime in the not so distance future.

Just come back from a weeks holiday in this amazing place , having seen a couple of bad reviews about queing and not being able to get sun loungers i was a bit worried

Yes people put Towels out but as long as ur not expecting to get up at 11am and get a lounger youl be fine, we had no problems finding a lounger most days

The evening meals can be a bit chaotic but id say most hotels this time of the year are no different 

The hotel is amazing and would go as far to say its probably the best hotel iv stayed in, theres always a member of staff cleaning up or tidying up, The staff are so friendly and the animation team always go out of their way to come and have a chat , theres so much going on in the day from Foam pool partys to darts,aerobics,volleyball and the water slides.

The Food is amazing from chinese nights to mexican nights , theres always something to eat all times of the day...like iv mentioned previously the 7pm evening meal can be a bit chaotic 

The reception staff couldnt have been more helpful and really helped with my disabled mum, changing our rooms to nearer the pool and beach, driving her about in golf carts as she struggled with all the walking .... and a special mention to a lad called Alperen on the reception desk who was a massive help with helping us get home early due to a family emergency....he really helped speaking to who we needede to in turkish and being really helpful.

1 tip id give is visit the beach bar in the evening as not many people go there and is open tii 11pm with very little ques and strawberry daquiries to die for 

Definately would return here again and really dont get all the bad reviews lately as its going to be the same as this at most resorts this time of the year

We didnt see many of the evening shows with having a young toddler but from what i saw they looked amazing 

Drink ,food und WiFi very super. Ales Gute super. Mína ist super .room was really good too many choice in alchol staff s really helpful we loves thé pools generál areas s good IT was toho many choice in thé main restaurant we liked the deserts super!

We are currently staying at the Calimerra Serra Palace and having the best time.  Perfect for young children and adults.  Wr are a family of 9 including 3 children.  Elif frim guest relations is amazing.  The food is amazing and the activities are really good.

Amazing in every aspect ,this place is simply amazing to much fun ,sun,food and drinks and entertainment of every kind and taste ,a week is not enough been several holiday hotels and this is the best by far this is a genuine review all staff from the bottom to the top were fantastic never pressured to do anything foam pool party is a must thanks to every member of your staff for a unforgettable holiday hopefully see you all again

We stayed here for a week from 29th June and had an overall enjoyable experience. Our room was located in the main building on the fourth floor. It was peaceful and quiet—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The bed was quite firm, which took some getting used to, but we managed to sleep well after the first night.

It was a bit of a trek from our room to the pools, bars and restaurants however it was actually nice to stretch the legs on a lazy break. On our first day, the sun bed "rat race" made it difficult to find available loungers, but we soon discovered the chill/quiet pool. This spot became our favorite, especially since we were traveling with older teenagers. It was far less hectic and offered a more relaxed atmosphere. Still needed to get a sunbed early but not quite as early as the main pools. 

Meal times could get very busy, particularly in the evening. We found that heading to dinner after 8 PM helped avoid the peak crowds. The food selection was solid, and we were especially impressed with the drink options. The bar and restaurant staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding a warm touch to our stay.

We tried the A La Carte Turkish option by booking through guest relations and we were so pleased we did. It was amazing. Absolutely fabulous food. It is not however a traditional a la carte as it is a set menu and we found that there was too much food between the 2 of us. Daughter tried the Italian and had the same experience-fabulous food but simply too much of it. Would recommend people try though as the food is fabulous.

Cleanliness was another standout—hotel staff were constantly maintaining the facilities, and everything was spotless throughout our visit.

Lovely little bar found down by the beach beyond the waterslide area at night which served fantastic frozen daiquiris. More of a chilled bar for 13+ and was never too busy.

All in all, Club Calimera Serra Palace Hotel delivered a relaxing break with friendly service and great amenities, particularly suited to families with older children or teens looking for a quieter vibe.

Perfect Stay – Exceptional Service & Unforgettable Experience!

Top Class !!!

Stayed in the hotel from 8th to 15th June for a family holiday.

Arrived late at night 0230) and was pleased to be told that there was a restaurant to get some food after a long day travel however when we got in the food was cold. We were also told mini bar would be stocked up when in the room there was 1 can of beer. When it was eventually 'restocked' it was 1 bottle water 2 cans of beer and 1 fruit juice.

So not a great start. Few smaller moans from me later on but not the hotels fault.

HOWEVER. 
The rest of the holiday was  amazing, the hotel is huge and so many bits of it I didn't know was there until later in the week (relaxing beach bar)

The entertainment was some of the best if seen, the michael Jackson show, Garden party and Legends show were my highlights. 

Food
Was really good, im very fussy and managed to eat a lot, again maybe advertise the grill/BBQ area outside near the shops as didn't know about this. Maybe get more spoons too in the main food hall. Queuing system seems to be lacking with some nationalities, pushing in when others are waiting. 

Rooms
Room was really spacious 
Bed was extremely hard caused me some back pain but didn't ruin my holiday. 
Cleanliness - i only noticed the bed changed and towels replaced, bin wasnt emptied for a few days but again nothing major as only showered and slept in the room

Pools.
Always managed to get a spot. Only frustrating bit is children (I understand its a family hotel) but jumping in and out constantly when nowhere near their parents yet my heavily pregnant girlfriend gets shouted at by the lifeguard telling her to not jump in (which she wasnt going to). Witnessed a few arguments between parents about this too.

Hotel really helpful with my mum who struggles to get around and would drive her to main reception and back in the golf carts.

All in all really enjoyable week maybe I'll go back in a few years.

Amazing Place

This place is simply amazing for families ,just easier to say just perfect in every way 6 adults 3 young children

Fantastic family hotel! 
We stayed 26th May to the 2nd of June. 
Family of 4, boys age 16 & 12.
We arrived early hours of Monday morning, reception was busy. 
We were taken to our room by a golf buggy, hotel room was amazing! We booked the family room, very spacious and modern. Two big bedrooms . Mini bar filled first night, then left. Felt like it should be filled up with water. Tea and coffee, didn’t get filled up either. 
Very big balcony, we were next to everything. 
10/10 for entertainment, OKAN is the main guy. The passion he has for his job, shines through. 
They sell there own hotel tops, can get a design from book and name on back. 20 Euros, all children were wearing them. 
Lots going on for family, during the day and entertainment good on a night, amphitheatre fills up quick on a night.  
Lovely pool areas, water park great. 
Sunbeds fill up quick, lots of reserving. 
I advise parents to tell the children to wear sliders or swim shoes around the complex, especially at the water park. 
My son sliced his toe open on a raised tile, needed stitches at the local hospital. 
Staff were great and looked after us. 
Lovely beach area, very stoney. 
Quite top end, near beach bar. 
Food and drink, plenty of choice. My younger son fussy, always found something to eat, 
Nothing was ever too much for staff, they work extremely hard. 
Certain times, restaurants and eating areas were busy and lots of queueing, 
We had a late flight home, you can ask the morning you fly to keep your room on due to availability, 10 euros an hour. Or you can use the facilities at the spa. 
We would definitely recommend this hotel and go back in the future.
