Back for our 4th visit, family of 9, check in was easy,lovely welcoming again, bedroom was beautiful and clean, If you've got a pull out bed ask for a mattress topper , it's a game changer , also ask for more coathangers . Buffet restaurant is lovely,lots of options to choose from,big thank you to Zafer who always had a welcoming smile he would sort us a table out so we could all dine together in the evening,Umit was our morning guy who new what we wanted to drink,very friendly. Animation team,wow they didn't disappoint us they were all great,Okan,Tom,Enes,Domfu,Tuana and Gueay,sorry I can't remember all the teams names,daytime activities were fab. Lobby bar was lovely lots of branded drinks and plenty of cocktails,luna bar is relaxing have a cocktail or 2 in a lovely setting and a great view,pool bar, they work so hard,very busy especially when the shows are on,Ferit you always spotted us and looked after us all, waiter skaters in the day delivering drinks around the pool, Suleyman you were great. Al carte restaurants you need to be on the hotel app to book when it opens at midnight,wonderful food and great service. The rooms are kept clean the housekeeping do a fabulous job,mini bar and snacks get ready restocked everyday Gardens are kept beautiful all around the hotel,lifeguards all do a great job with a smile Thanks to the management and all the wonderful staff for a fabulous 2 weeks,you all do a great job and that's what makes this hotel so special
