A hidden gem in the heart of Taksim – Feel at home! It’s a perfect location and we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lamartine in Taksim, Istanbul. The location is simply unbeatable – just a few hundred meters from the main square in Taksim, but hidden enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you need it. It’s the perfect base to explore the city. The hotel is spotlessly clean – every corner of the room and common areas was spotless. The rooms are very modern, spacious and extremely comfortable, everything you need for a relaxing stay. But what really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but a special mention goes to Berat, a 20-year-old guy who made our experience unforgettable. He speaks excellent English and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed – from recommendations to directions and even just friendly chats. Berat made us feel like we were part of a family, not just guests. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Hotel Lamartine to anyone looking for an unexpected and touching experience in Istanbul. If you want to be treated like more than a guest, come here - you won't regret it.
