Enjoyed our stay here with an authentic cave experience. The breakfast was wonderful (huge array of foods that change daily). The hotel has a lot of great outdoor seating options (perfect for watching sunset/evening or balloons. What made the stay memorable was the exceptional staff members. They were so warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated the care from Unal and Hakan. Unal gave us wonderful recommendations and was patient with all of our questions/requests. We ran into some issues with our car and Unal and Hakan went above and beyond to help us resolve this issue; we were really moved by their willingness to help. Would recommend to future travelers and definitely will stay here again. Note: if you have a car, it is easiest to park it in the downtown Goreme area as the road leading to the hotel is closed for construction and it can be difficult to drive the narrow roads near the hotel. There is a shortcut walkway from the hotel to the downtown parking area.
