During our walking holiday in Cappadocie we stayed here one night in this simple pension.  It lies near the mainroad, at short distance from the mosque. The single real cave room is spacious and high with about 18 m2 and a newly tiled bathroom of 5m2. The double bed is 140 cm x 190 cm and it has a singke bed. The floor and lower walls are covered with carpets and a single lamp provides some illumination, but only one electric socket in the bathroom. There is no decoration. However, due to the poor room ventilation (window did not open) the air is filled with wooldust. The bed was full of sand-grit from the ceiling and apparently not cleaned recently. The undersheet was too small and the pillowcase not fresh; we used our own pillow covers. The warm water in the shower was very/extremely little and not getting warm. 
The dinner was very poor indeed, with a bland soup and a too long cooked aubergine-mush with rice. I thought it was a vegetarian dish, but my wife found a small piece of meat in it. We actually had to pay for the water, which in all other hotels and pensions is free or complementory. By far the worst dinner we had in Turkey (half board booking).  Luckely we had a nice late lunch in the restaurant/pension 100 m down the road (Guzel Oz, with very nice hosts, and grand view from the restaurant with good choices of tasty food.
The breakfast was passable, but also the least quality of the dozen breakfasts we had on our tour. 
The hosts were very friendly and the daughter, who was there at our arrival, tried to have some conversation with the aid of her i-phone. Later that evening the son translated some sentences on his i-phone. 
For the transport, the pension owner needed to arrange for us, we had a friendly driver in a small run-down blinded supply minivan; not a taxi at all. 
Generally I would say that this accommodation bordered on the rating "terrible".
