We stayed one week in this fabulous place. Rented one big bungalow for ourselves (couple one child and a baby) and one hobbit-style bungalow for our nanny.  As far as I know, there r total 7 bungalows.
The place is operated by two welcoming/friendly/charming/helpful sisters. Only Turkish breakfast (Turkish breakfast is the biggest contribution to humanity by Turks. Just google it and see the images) is served and its sooo delicious. For lunch there are plenty of good places along the shore which is 3-5mins by car. For dinner, they arranged local restaurants and eco-houses for us, all were perfect.
There many beaches/castle/local shopping areas within a reach. The region is well known for its olives&olive oils. Dont forget to buy from the locals.
Although, we went there as family (w/ kids) and enjoyed the place, I highly recommend it for couples and those who want to relax...
By the way, there are many fruit-tree in TerraZoe and they allow you to hand-picking; its great fun for the kids.

Now, in this hot and crowded city day, I am just thinking about to give up everything and go this beautiful Terra Zoe garden again.

You could live there just like home even it is the first day of your accommodation.

A place which is comfortable, peacefull, full of serenity and has a wonderfull view.
A location which is neighbour to the heaven's angels. But the angels prefer to stay in Terra Zoe.
 A close hidden beach which is in a distance like 1km. 
So lovely hotel owners...

Absolutely, you have to live this experience.

Highly recommend this place for somebody who just wants to relax peacefully, chill and have a good vacation. The breakfast is good too not one missed. The night sky is just beautiful, a moonless night helps  :) 

I which I could give a higher rating than "excellent" to Terra Zoe.  It exceeded our expectations. We traveled with a family group ranging in age from 3 to 73 and all were pleased with accommodations, food and hospitality.  A beautifully designed small hotel, the rooms are simple and lovely,  the breakfasts sumptuous and the gardens abundant with wildlife, vegetables & flowers.   At first I was concerned that the seaside seemed so far away but the mesmerizing view from our balcony of the small village of Bektas below and the island of Lesvos compensated for the short trip down the hill to dip into the Aegean.  Most of all, we appreciated our hosts, Erbil & Vesile, who made us feel as though we were part of their family.   A luxury hotel concierge would pale in comparison to the service we received from the sisters of Terra Zoe. After 4 nights, we felt as though we were even a part of the community through their introductions.

Room, sea and sun, food and hospitality will be my evaluation factors for this hidden gem serving Assos tourists. 
Rooms are just excellent and comfortable. All sea view rooms have large bathrooms inside and beds are just what you can expect. I travelled with my wife and 2 kids of 7 years old. Erbil and Vesile sisters who manage the hotel recommended th ZEN room. This room is being transformed to a room from a yoga studio during rush summer times. What can I say. Nights in a yoga studio, floor beds, so spacious, larg bathroom, very nice shower with a lot of water and olive soaps.
When it comes to sea and sun. Please know that this hotel is NOT a seaside hotel. You need your car to manage sea and sun in Assos. Sivrice can one of the choices, apperantly not the best one but you can follow Erbil and Vesile sisters as they have some agreed beaches on excellent locations. Just ask them and they just fix it out for you.
Service and hospitality was excellent. Especially the breakfast is superb. Not the food that Fatma (local lady in the kitchen) cooks but the atmosphere that Terra Zoe provides. Just 5-6 tables. Perfect view. Like a family kitchen. Finished by Turkish coffee that Erbil is serving her own with special care. An experience. Fatma serves you omlettes or menemen as you wish.
Overall, I strongly recommend.
