we were on holiday with the family. very rude staff, you received no attention, we paid as a priority but we are not allowed in, we are not allowed in until 5 p.m, not helpful at all, staff were not friendly either. they also charge extra fees…..

Perfect “Sport hotel” with a great service for decades. Put on your skies and continue! Easy to access piste. All workers and receptionist are very helpful.  İlhami, Recep and İsmail bey’s are keep the hotel in great shape.  

“Family Sport hotel” since 1978

Founded in 1978. Might seem a little bit old but you’ll get used to that retro ambiance and understand that the hotel has a unique character, like in the novels. 

The food; open buffet: I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this is one of the best open buffet hotel I have seen so far. You’ll get “the duck” for example. The service, hospitality, waiters are all perfect. They know what they are doing.

I’ll have no doubt coming here again and again.

Best Winter Hotel in Kartalkaya

I went to ski holiday, when we arrived the planned bedroom wasn’t given to us, we needed to pay a lot. The employee who gave my skis didn’t give the right skis. I fell and I can’t ski neither walk without a stick which helps me! I prefer other hotels.

Worst experience

Kartal otel is located on the slope above the lifts so you can ski down directly from the ski room to reach the pistes..Some of the rooms are small with short beds but it is cosy in the lobby area with a fireplace.  The restaurant though has a good selection with delicious food. ..
Overall it is a very reasonable hotel in the area.

A Cosy Mountain Resort

We came to this hotel 3 family with kids. Food is below average then inclusive hotels. It is absolutely dirty very dirty place. They vacuum clean when while you sit in the lobby area.. there is no air circulation and when it is crowded smell is terrible. Beds in the room are 30 years old and there is no mattress pretty much. The only good thing here is staff they are very polite but management is a disappointment.

Terrible Hotel with even worst management 

This hotel is one of the two that stand right on the hill. The hotel is huge, designed for a large flow of tourists. However, even with its size (and it also stands nearby the same size if not more) there are not always free places. So book places in advance. The level of service is quite decent - clean rooms, rental of equipment, a large ski drying room, a luggage room. The latter, by the way, is very convenient. If you arrive in the morning, you don't have to wait an hour earlier. But you can change your clothes in this room here and take a walk until lunch. Yes, lunch. The food is quite decent, as always in the shower, and you don't like to eat.
