Extraordinary location, best beach on the island, spacious swimming pool, the right rooms, entertainment among the best I've ever seen in hotels, a beautiful beach restaurant, not too good food, poor menu, repetitive, medium quality.

It's a great hotel.

The main problem of this hotel is the tourists: too many Russians and Germans! But where are the French-speaking people who ruled Djerba for decades? Otherwise, comfort, service, architecture, beach, swimming pool, okay, if you can stand the Russian peppers that fuel vodka in the morning and their unbearable children.

Good animation team, very good welcome, the rooms with top household is done every day really well clean, food passes but not extraordinary, right beach.. not much outdoor activity there is no hotel but very good vacation anyway!!

I chose this hotel to get my hands on the beauty and well-being treatments, I must say that I am satisfied with this. competent SPA staff and very polite in making you feel comfortable sorry for the hotel's maintenance, the condition of the rooms, dirt around the hotel. The restaurant is varied but the cuisine is very conditioned for my tastes. Very available the staff of the cleaning and catering service, as well as the photo office.

SPA treatment

Very nice, clean & friendly. The staff are very friendly & you always feel welcome. In the vicinity is a small town, we were there to watch the weekly market & we could explore the area a little bit. However, you should be really dressed as a woman outside the hotel, this area is very traditional set.

What a beautiful oasis!

We went to Rimel for two weeks and had fun as kids we had one of the most beautiful hotel rooms with a view of the pool and the sea but unfortunately it belongs to another owner and he doesn't let the tourists in yet we're in Tunisia and not in Germany to eat chocolates

The best hotel in Djerba

The staff is smiling and pleasant, the meals are varied and good. Both swimming pools are really beautiful and under surveillance. A pool of low depth, ideal for the little ones. The children's club is also supervised and staffed by serious staff.

Nice resort or we had a nice vacation in 2011

The hotel is beautiful. The beach is also beautiful, even if you don't have to overcome a huge algene rug. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms needed a refurbishment. The food was good, but not very varied. Coffee was only available at 2 vending machines where you had to stand at all times or wait for cups. What really bothered us was the half-hearted friendliness of the staff and that everyone who was supposed to do or did something (suitcase carrier, waiter, etc.) basically held their hand. Without moos nix. This is very unfortunate and annoying! All in all is to recommend the hotel.

The reception staff with us was very kind and available since they left the rooms just before 12 although the check in was at 14:30. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning just before 08 and when they saw us with 2 small children (6 months and 2 years old) they were all very polite and available.
