I loved the clean and spacious rooms, i didnt love the outside view at all, the hotel is in the middle of the town and near a shopping mall, we would walk out and spend some time at the mall and walk back. It is affordable, i would recommend it with fast and reliable wifi

this is a fairly good transit hotel in the town area right by the main road. The rooms are really spacious and well furnished. There is a sense of rooms being designed for executives. Food is average, drinks by the poolside are good. Recommended if a cosy room is primary need.

Good transit hotel

Rooms were good and the internet is strong on one side of the hotel. Small challenge with access as the hotel has 2 blocks that are not properly connected by lift or corridors internally. New wing is very tastefully finished. Great service, very friendly staff.

Good stay for business in town

I stayed in this Hotel for two nights doing very special reserch, from Saturday 29 Feb till 30th (Monday morning) and found the following and found the following;

1. Reception team: Very friendly, helpful and always thinking how to help their guests.Thank you all and expect to see me again very soon.
2.Housekeeping: Good team which needs more training from Management.
3. Restaurant: Breakfast buffet should be improved by putting more food selection. Waiters and Waitress communication skills should be improved.
4..Kitchen: Out of 100 marks, what i can give is only 10. All Chef's should be aware to work in a Hotel and not a guest house.
Drivers: Very friendly, Good driving, very helpful. 
General feedback: Management team shouls some times pass and speak with their guests to receive their opinions or problems. Human resourses department should at lease provide to his/her employee name tags in order to be aware by who you are saved with or assisted. Trainees should not be considered as employees, instead they shoud be trained. All hotel staff should be trained to call their guests by names other wise they can use Sir or madam instead of using the word "Boss"

Amazing Junior Employees

Nothing outstanding. No atmosphere. Clean. Staff a mixed bag of professional and dumb. Some good Customer Service training would fix that quickly. Just no heart. No vibrance. Lack of emotional care. Dining area methodical but equipment fails continually. Food passable but nothing stands out. Pool side buffet has it's charm. Having never visited the city before I can recommend this hotel because I know no other to compare. Somehow I feel this is less than a standard I would expect at business class. Still it is adequate. Their Tanzania night in their sometimes open sometimes not club area was enjoyable. A great selection of local cuisine worth trying if your time is short in the country. A great cross section of food. The dancers offered up some authentic cultural presentations. Not overly expensive. Best part of stay.

One more Hotel

Little bit worn out but now having renovations.very good and clean pool . For central location  very good price / quality ratio,The bus station connecting with quick line Harbour- bus station is just around the corner. Breakfast is nice serving as-you-wish omelette.

Good location

This businessperson's hotel has a very convenient location for walking downtown Dar. The old hotel is still under re-construction, and the new block has strangely gigantic rooms, but it's all very clean and modern. Breakfast was pretty dismal, though.

Gigantic rooms, no atmosphere, very modern.

First off the pictures on line look nothing like what you get in this hotel. The rooms are old bathrooms absolutely horrible and then to cap it there is no hot water. Today as I write there is no water even the cold water is just a trickle and im stuck trying to find a way to get a chower before heading out to my meeting. Do yourself a favour book at a lodge or if you are looking for a cheap city hotel just go to the sophia next door its nto a good hotel either but at least it charges commensurate to its quality oh and it has hot water and constant water

Horrible stay, no hot water then no water at all the pictures are misleading. Stay somewhere else
