and one very delicous supper. Ok, back to the beginning. We decided to spend a night in the hotel including a supper. As other visitiors already mentioned, the rooms are somehow out of date. Not definitely wrong, but based on todays circumstances: the room did fit its purpose and even more important: it was spotless clean. five points. Another part was: Based on CoVid we were the only guests in the hotel, but the breakfast was more as we expected. Back to the restaurant: the chateuax briand was excellent and also the starters we had (field salad and fish soup), nothing to complain about, just outstandig. We will definitely go back there!!

In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel. Places nearby: Swiss Transportation Museum, Lucerne Congress and Events Centre and Lucerne Arts Museum.
