We had never been to Valencia before so decided, after earring great reviews, to spend our 37th Wedding anniversary in the city. We have stayed at the Barcelo hotels before so reviewed this one and decided it was in a great location to spend a visit. So thankful that we chose this hotel as we encountered some fantastic service from when we arrived, throughout the four days we were there, until we left and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. would we go here again? Absolutely yes as we thought Valencia is a fantastic city. The hotel is a fantastic hotel and the staff from reception through to management and the cleaning staff were all absolutely amazingly friendly. I wish some of the hotels within the world we have visited showed the same attention to detail to what we received at the Barcelo then the hotel world would be a fantastic place. Special mention must go to Laura on reception. Who! was absolutely amazing with an advice and recommendations as well as personal attention to our needs throughout our stay which was amazing and she served us every time with an infectious smile and appearance..
