Our experience was disastrous. we made the reservation by phone, they send you a contract to sign and you have to pay for the entire apartment in advance. when you arrive, you have the keys in a safe with a security code that sends you in advance. we arrive, we put the code and there is no key. we call on the phone and in some very extreme ways tell us that there are people inside the apartment. that they do not check all the reservations, they have many apartments!!!!! Flippant. total, that after 400 km, we have no accommodation. as we had paid for everything, we ask them to send us the money. we send a new contract of extinction so that we can sign by renouncing this loan. if we do not send it, we do not return the money. we do not want to rent. we do not want to pay for the rental of the property, but we do not want to pay for the rental of the property, but we do not want to pay for it.

Amazing! my wife and I had a week and a great experience. the gentleman was lovely with us, punctual and explained everything very well before leaving. very close to the beach and with all the services nearby. the whole stay was impeccable, the internet working at the first and without any cuts (we were quite short of it because we worked remotely with the computer). i recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days on the beach and not get too busy with the tourist area. we will be back safely!

For the third year in a row we stayed in the Mediterranean Apartments.In the name of my family: We want to thank all the attention and professionalism of Santiago for making us feel at home during our stay.To highlight the cleanliness of the apartment, its quiet location and the good taste in the decoration in which no details were lacking (air conditioning, plasma TV, WIFI, etc...).) Totally recommended to family and friends.

We've spent 17 days and it's been fantastic. The situation is unbeatable. Highlighting the floor cleaning, towels, sheets, upholstery, etc... everything is in perfect condition.. and from the very beginning you feel comfortable and appreciate the professionalism and closeness that the agency conveys, very welcoming, fully furnished and with very good taste. Recommended to friends and family. Last year we were also on another floor of the same agency and no doubt we have repeated it. Holidays are to relax enjoying family and avoid unpleasant outings. We've been here for 5 days and the truth is that it's highly recommended. The floor is very clean and very cozy. The only problem is the Wi-Fi that, being on a 3rd, didn't reach us and we couldn't connect. If you're on the 1st, you'll get it perfectly. If we go back to Sagunto we'll definitely repeat.

I'm going to tell you about my experience in this apartment...we were my couple and I for 5 days in this apartment...the first trick was that on the web it says that you see the beach and it's a total lie...the only thing you have in front of it is the buildings and that our room was outside...nothing else to enter the building was a total chase...it was pretty bad and on top there was no elevator...imagined to go up three floors with the suitcases!!!to finish full of bugs...no was nos picaban...bitten...!!!another interesting topic...it has wifi...can't be used for 5 days because I've been using my mobile phone...in a total scam...I'm not recommending it at all...
