First of all, they were correct at all times, however, the experience from the beginning was not good.On arrival, nothing but opening the guesthouse door had a strong smell in the atmosphere, such as rotting cheese in all common areas, assuming someone had left some food in a bad condition in a room and not giving it more importance, ventilated the room.The next day the unpleasant smell had practically disappeared.Other than that, the first afternoon I tried to bathe, the water in the first place came out brown, I thought they would have cut off the toilet and let it run a little as soon as the pipe would run, but at night I turned to the toilet and tried to clean the water for more than 10 minutes and then put the dark soda in the room.The next day I would have to clean the room, and I would have to clean the room, and I would have to change the water in the room, but I would have to make sure that the water in the room would not run out of the water, but I would have to clean the room for a few years, but I would have to make sure that the water would not run out of the room, but if

The first thing that would stand out about this place is the great kindness of its two owners, it is a pleasure to be able to talk to them, you feel at home. On the other hand, it is very grateful to meet places where they admit that you are accompanied by your pet, realizing that humans are often (if not all) worse off than animals.

The perfect choice.

It's in the center, so you have everything close by. Clean room, comfortable mattress and fair dimensions. Problem with the stairs, which are steep and narrow, etc.

Room with balcony but which looks out onto a very busy street by cars...impossible to open the window..! spider web above the bathtub..! positive side it is located in the heart of the city..bars and restaurant nearby on foot.. for a short stay there goes..but no more..

not in relation to the price

An ideal option for price, the rooms are not luxurious but they are complete, clean and comfortable.The receptionist attention is very good, a very familiar treatment....the only drawback is climbing a few stairs if you carry enough luggage or not...that's all.

Well, Bonito and Barato

The customer service is attentive and pleasant. Both the bathroom and the bedrooms are clean, although the furniture should be updated. The mattresses are comfortable. As a negative point, you can sometimes hear quite a bit of noise in the hallway.

Adjusted price and good treatment.

We were booked for a night out and when they confirmed it, after two days of visiting... it turns out that the reservation to be made was not complete. This is called incompetence and lack of professionalism.

We didn't come to stay because of professionalism.

Old house, rooms fulfill the purpose are clean, bathroom/toilet fits, there should be something done. (but I'm spoiled) price performance fits. What more do you want? No breakfast. House is bright. Owners are very nice and helpful, thumbs up. WiFi free.

On the road by motorcycle

A typical low cost old hotel, small rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor, narrow stairs, no elevator.
The house and rooms looks old but are clean.
Parking outside may be an issue on some days.
Good for overnight stay, nothing more.

Low cost hotel

Stayed here twice. May & June 2015. Clean, convenient and good value. Secure parking for our motorcycles. David and his Mexican wife are lovely people. She dispensed of two loads of laundry for me with a big smile and at no charge.
Al fresco restaurants and bars very close as well as a very good Italian restaurant.
