We stayed at this hotel last year, loved it that much we stayed again this year. Amazing value for money! Yes it’s a budget hotel, so you need to have the right expectations, but the rooms are sparkling clean, the kitchens are all getting re-furbs whilst we were there (ours had been done) there’s plenty of space etc, swimming pool is nice and the bar friendly. Fantastic location near to restaurants/shops, and a nice 20 min walk to the nicer beach (there is a closer one too). We entered the challenge Gran Canaria triathlon and it was within an easy distance of the event. Definitely recommended.
