Just saying that we made the trip and found another hotel to stay is enough.Just the gentleman who attended us, the people who came out of there... we realized that it was a scare.

 Shameful

Booked hotel for one night after a flight cancellation and needed accommodation. The guy in reception was very helpful and assisted us with booking for one night with no problems. He assisted us with our transfers, stored our luggage on last day, and allowed us stay in our room till midday.

Excellent customer service.

Room if it could be called one, cupboard is a better discription...sheets stained with make up and blood also the towels. Bathroom ..mouldy shower curtain, no enamel on bath and toilet never seen any cleaning products. Curtain not big enough to cover window. Never stopped long enough to find anymore problems.

WORDS FAIL ME

I didn't last more than 10 minutes, it was amazing how dirty and dirty everything was, I didn't know if it was real because since I arrived at the reception the person who was waiting for me was surreal and as I got into the room I realized that everything would be worse, everything was half dirty, roaring on the walls, stains on the sheets and towels, the bathroom was panicked, in general from the fatal worst, so please turn me around and run away from that place, I don't understand how Benidorm allows such a large movement of people in every old town where this place remains open in such conditions, whoever reads this and has thoughts of hosts at the Hostal MAR in Benidorm the advice is not to stop at anything in such conditions.

 Unhealthy conditions

Location brilliant rooms dirty patio door lock broke bath no paint left on bottom no heating I felt dirty I'm no snob and u only get what u pay for but I would not stay again if it was offered for free.it is on the beach Location is wonderful shame just a link of paint and a good deep clean would make a good difference.

I made the online reservation, canceled the 2minutos and I pass the cargo for not showing up when I canceled at the moment, a shame for scammers as they can do to me a cargo without having made a reservation and a cancelled reservation.

Hello, I'm talking partly about my mother-in-law who was staying this weekend at Hostal del Mar Benidorm. Just to say that it was disgusting, it was all the worse, if you say of a minimum of hygiene, cleanliness since in those places people stay, it was an embedded dirt, never having cleaned. It can be old, it can be hostal-pension but go a few minims. I just have bad words for that place. Those photos are just from the elevator...if you can get an idea of what the place is like, if Sanidad is going to fall on your hair.

It is black, dark, and repugnant.

We stayed in a double room, the entrance to the room until 4:00 p.m. when we were not given the key, we entered the room and had just been cleaned, we found the pillow without a bottom and with yellow stains, the sheets did not smell clean, the floor of the room with hair, we moved to the bathroom in poor condition, skipped the paint and the toilet with stains so that we could catch an infection, on arrival at night we asked for the pillow to be cleaned, the guy who had then got us one that was just as stained and used by the bad smell that he was starting, on the day we left a comment with the receptionist who would talk to the manager, not to recommend it and not much less to post the photo of the next pillow.

Don't book this hotel, the reviews are fake, it's horrific, dirty, infested, health risk, nobody speaks English, staff awful, don't respond to verbal communication or messages, stay clear unless you want to be bitten by bed bugs, dirty towels, bedding, bathroom, beds, unsafe.

Horrific

Clean, quiet, to repeat. He splashed in a bath on the beach, even at night-a wonder! Many restaurants with menus around the establishment. Many bars are 5 minutes away, close to the base area and del Mirador. Perfect location!
