My father and friend are staying there for 2 months and it is terrible; the bed in the living room is broke, the chairs are broke etc. it is really a discrace that this can be rented.
they told them they would fix it but it is even worse

We stayed here for 12 days.
We were not expecting it to be the best by some of the reviews.
We were in apartment 17-2
Cannot praise it enough.
Well equipped with everything you need and nipping clean.
Will definitely stay here again x

Ignore the bad reviews.

Apartment was stunning, and immaculately clean. It is situated greatly. 2 minutes walk from the strip of bars meaning your car enough away you don’t hear the noise all night and close enough it’s not a trek to get there. Your also close to the beach just another couple of mins walk. The private pool area is great it’s not overcrowded and a proper sized pool for someone who wants to swim. It is deep but just what you need when your overheating

Amazing stay in a great apartment

Have just been reading all the negative reviews, and was wondering where people booked the apartment, this is a large block with a lot of Spanish residents,
Also there are apartments in the block rented out private and through A B and B these apartments are beautiful and clean some have just had a refurb , I think a lot has to be said about getting what you pay for .
It would be good to hear about the pool and communal areas , lifts , entrance , cleanliness, safety etc .

Not all apartments are the same

Pluses: The accommodation is close to the beach, restaurants and shop.
The view from the outside balcony is amazing
Minuses: 
This is an apartment situated in a quite old building -> which brings funny smells in the hallway and elevator.
The apartment itself was not so clean.
There is a lot of noise from the street till late in the night. Even if the bars are getting closed, the noise persists because the staff through bottles at the trash cans.
The owner was a bit not client oriented.
The images from booking sites do not meet the reality of the appartment.

Modest conditions for Benidorm

Great apartment for my winter hibernation, 98% perfect, the 2% is cannot get any English speaking channels and the shower head has no spray. Will/would book again for winter 2019/20. Great location in Rincon area of Benidorm.

Had a wonderful time..good location. Clean and tidy..central to beach and entertainment..pool had sun all day..lovely apartment but very hot needs air con ..would recommend to stay here...Vida is always reachable for any problems with the apartment.

Piscis apartment benidorm

On a visit to family in Spain we all went to Benidorm for a Saturday stay over and stayed at one of Franck la pusta's apartments the apartment we stayed in exceeded all our expectations and Franck was as helpful as could be on arrival we made one phone call and he was with us in five minutes to let us in and show us around we had a great stay in Benidorm and will be contacting Franck again on our next visit. francklapusta@gmail.com

Weekend in Benidorm

Well, this was a turning point and since we were here we have not left 4-star hotels to avoid surprises. Thanks to this we learned the lesson. Plant 14 type corral with a narrow corridor, (for which the Corrians were yelling at foreigners all day and with fights) and a very low baranda that was scary. The limestone glittered because of its absence. We probably hadn't been barricaded in decades. Under a two-story bed, we would have been sitting on old benches of yesterday at any time on the floor of the building, and there would have been a lot of need for a change in the building.

The worst of the worst.

It's a scam, it's disgusting as a residence, normally the authorities have to close this (garbage can), no wifi, the kitchen is disgusting, the sheets are infected.
